I cannot think of anything off the top of my head that says this needs to be improved. If we are going to compete with Commvault or Cohesity, some improvements could be made. However, overall, for what we used it for within the healthcare industry, I think it is fine, especially with the ransomware resilience. You have the isolated recovery environment and zero trust backup architecture. These things really are critical for industries in healthcare. Everything that I mentioned, Barracuda Cloud-to-Cloud Backup is for SaaS, so it covers all the bases. It is easily installed within five minutes or so. The cost is simple—you do not have any servers, storage, infrastructure, or maintenance, and it is strictly being used for what it is. Its compliance is competitive. Overall, I would say the cost is simple, you have Entra ID backups, deployment is quick, there is no infrastructure, ransomware protection is there, granular restore, and you have Azure region storage control. Where there is a problem is it does not have enterprise-level backup or multi-cloud workloads. It is best used for small and maybe mid-sized businesses, and I would say within healthcare in particular. It is for cloud-first companies, and only if you have M365 protection for MSPs, which is what NTT Data was. It works within that framework. However, for large enterprises, you do not want to look at it. I would recommend Rubrik or Commvault instead.
