It is easily accessible with visibility across multiple systems. I rely most heavily on the performance dashboard and real-time monitoring. The real-time monitoring and alerts keep us informed about problems immediately rather than waiting for users to report issues. BMC AMI Ops has impacted my organization very positively, primarily in terms of timing. Our manpower previously was required to investigate issues, which took considerable time just to identify the problem. Now we identify issues very early and solve them immediately.
