Proactive monitoring has strengthened our credential leak detection and brand protection
CloudSEK XVigil is a strong platform, but it can be improved in several areas. Alerts may sometimes include low-risk mentions, duplicate findings, and non-actionable leaks. Therefore, it can improve through better alert prioritization, smarter risk scoring, and stronger AI-based filtering. The second area for improvement is deeper integration with asset inventory and auto-tagging of critical assets. If we integrate this with our SOC platform, the team needs to understand technical alerts better. They could focus more on business-focused reporting and executive-friendly dashboards. Overall, the platform is strong in external threat visibility, but improving automation, contextual intelligence, and alert precision can make SOC operations even more efficient.

Efficiently identify and address online threats with timely alerts and thorough takedown capabilities
The most valuable features are its threat intel platform, which provides the latest trends and indicators of compromise (IOCs) that I can act on. I quickly obtain data, such as leaked email IDs and passwords, from the ZeroFOX portal or the threat intel portal when required. The platform's GUI-based features stand out and provide thorough takedown capabilities for domains, social media accounts, and phishing numbers.

Quotes from Members

We asked business professionals to review the solutions they use. Here are some excerpts of what they said:

Pros

"CloudSEK XVigil's threat intelligence is advanced compared to other solutions I have seen or used, and no other tool provides the solutions CloudSEK XVigil does, making it a great product."
"In the past three years, we have taken down more than 1000 pages, monitored more than 700 credential leaks, and identified at least around 300 code leaks using CloudSEK XVigil."
"CloudSEK XVigil positively impacted my organization, allowing us to initiate a lot of takedowns for applications with our brand and logo that were wrongly listed on third-party websites, and thankfully, those were removed."
"CloudSEK XVigil helps organizations detect cyber threats outside their network before the attackers exploit them internally."
"CloudSEK XVigil is very advanced with automated features and AI capabilities."
"CloudSEK XVigil has positively impacted my organization by automating processes that were previously manual, which we struggled with due to our large network, and since integrating CloudSEK XVigil, it has dramatically changed our workflow and reduced the manpower needed."
"CloudSEK XVigil has positively impacted our organization by being easy to use for our small tier organization."
"I rate ZeroFOX a ten overall."
"ZeroFOX is valuable because it enables the detection of chatter on social media without depending on keywords and has no language limitations, as it can detect many languages."
"The best thing about the tool is that its backend team is pretty good and has a strong engineering team."
"ZeroFOX has no language limitations. It can detect many languages."

Cons

"CloudSEK XVigil is a strong platform, but it can be improved in several areas."
"I think CloudSEK XVigil could improve its B-Vigil suite, particularly regarding attack surface monitoring application headers as compared to Bitsight, which provides a good amount of data that could be included in CloudSEK XVigil."
"CloudSEK XVigil can be improved by focusing more on vulnerabilities like open redirection, broken access control, and OWASP Top 10, which need to be enhanced and made more accurate."
"The dashboard is good, but I want to make it more mature with additional features so that we can view all the services we use and all critical notifications in a unified platform."
"I give it nine out of ten because sometimes I need to coordinate with the backend team for the takedown process."
"I feel that some improvements in alerts and notifications can be really useful."
"ZeroFOX needs improvement in handling duplicate alerts. If an alert on a domain, such as abcd.com, has not been addressed or is still in progress, similar new alerts are not combined into a single incident."
"Social media takedowns are a major issue. The takedowns should not take more than two to three hours, but they take more than that."
"ZeroFOX is not configured to grab the information automatically, including the news."
