Efficient threat detection and seamless deployment improve overall security
The single panel console of CrowdStrike Falcon is very user-friendly, which is what we are looking for. Having multiple administrators between various offices with this single console gives us the ability to see all offices, branch offices, and partners, making it very useful to detect machines, identify machines, and check security risks. Everything in the single console is very useful. CrowdStrike Falcon has positively impacted our organization in terms of efficiency because it's very lightweight, easy to deploy, easy to manage, and works very efficiently. It quickly detects issues and doesn't have a signature-based system, so it works fast and takes immediate action.

Easy to deploy, scalable, but the UI needs work
We use the solution for LLC merchants, threat advisories, and research The solution is adding a more contextually rich and higher fidelity enrichment to our IOCs. Integration is the most valuable feature. The web front end of the UI is a bit clunky and has room for improvement. I would like a…

Quotes from Members

We asked business professionals to review the solutions they use. Here are some excerpts of what they said:

Pros

"CrowdStrike will detect any malicious malware attack on the machine, end the attack, and immediately alert us to the issue."
"The detection is very reliable. Also, OverWatch is a great feature."
"The solution has improved my organization by automating the detection and reporting of unwanted applications so we're aware of them and can respond appropriately."
"This solution has made the lives of the IT staff much easier, compared to the previous one."
"CrowdStrike Falcon has helped my customers predict and prevent potential breaches because of its proactive approach."
"We can protect against the worst level of attacks."
"We use CrowdStrike Falcon for discovery when anything goes wrong because it gives us a full history of what's happening."
"The most valuable feature is its threat analysis."
"Integration is the most valuable feature."

Cons

"If we have a dashboard capability to uninstall agents, I think that would be great."
"CrowdStrike Falcon could improve the EDR functionality. Once the functionality of the solution improves, it will be even better in the market and able to compete with Carbon Black."
"I have worked with their technical support on several problems that were never fully resolved."
"Crowdstrike Falcon XDR can improve the integration. There are some locks on the cloud to on-premise integrations."
"Some policies in the tool need to be fine-tuned. Customized IOCs need to be improved since they have certain shortcomings."
"In the six months that I have been using CrowdStrike, it has not been able to detect anything."
"In the future release of CrowdStrike Falcon, they should add a sandbox feature."
"We can't do scanning audits or device blocking or application control."
"I would like a more universal search."

Pricing and Cost Advice

"We pay between $30-50 per user for a yearly license, which is more expensive than SentinelOne or Bitdefender. However, CrowdStrike gives better value for money."
"I'm not directly involved in sales, so I can't comment on the exact price, but I know the price decreases the higher the quantity we purchase."
"With respect to pricing, my suggestion to others is to evaluate the environment and purchase what you need."
"The more endpoints an organization adds the cheaper the cost."
"Different components are additional price points. We got the components that were right for us, but other organizations may require more (or less) components to suit their needs."
"Purchasing the product through the AWS Marketplace is just a click away. Since we were using the on-premise version of the product, we continued on the cloud by purchasing it through the AWS Marketplace."
"Annual licensing."
"As I'm part of the technical team, not the budgeting team, I don't have information on CrowdStrike Falcon pricing."
