Daily performance has boosted long coding sessions and reliable battery-supported work
Dell Business Laptops have excellent features that I appreciate from the two models I have used, both from the Inspiron line. One is the Inspiron 7573, which was a two-in-one foldable model. The other one is the Inspiron 15, the current one, the Inspiron 15 3530. I appreciate the first one because we can fold and use it as a tablet as well. Performance-wise, both have about 16GB RAM. Performance is the key thing for me because I am a software engineer, so the performance needs to be there. In addition to that, both Dell Business Laptops are touch-enabled. In that case, we are building some UWP applications as well, so that helps me to work on that. The AI-enhanced performance features in my Dell Business Laptops have influenced my productivity levels, particularly with the boot time. In the current one, it boots really fast. That is the main thing. If I sleep it, then it resumes working in very few seconds. That is one of the key things I appreciate about using my laptop. Also, with the enabled new Microsoft 365 Copilot, that helps me. The dependability of Dell Business Laptops, with daily use and daily wear and tear, shows they are durable. I am using it daily and it has enhanced the battery life as well. In old days, I think around two years of time, you have to replace the battery sometimes. But now, with the new versions, the feature has been enhanced as I remember. That automatically enabled when it is plugged in and is discharged automatically without charging the battery.

Customer support has been disappointing while performance has consistently boosted my development work
First, I wish they improve their customer support. I faced one issue with the customer support with Dell Business Desktops because one of my team members faced an issue. The product itself is really good, but when we tried to reach the customer support, they were really rude and we did not know what to do. Luckily, the documentation that they provide prior to getting this product is enough for facing any issue. The heating issue is another area for improvement. Despite it getting heated up, when I am using Dell Business Desktops in my company, our company has AC 24/7, so heating is not an issue. But if I bring that monitor to my home, I cannot keep running AC 24/7. This would affect my productivity because heating up and needing to turn on the AC in humid temperature would cause me difficulty. The licensing and setup cost also is very pricey compared to that of competitors in the market. Lenovo is pretty good, but Dell Business Desktops is a desktop I would still prefer it. The cost is pretty good even with a high cost. Initially, when I was talking with my management prior to getting Dell Business Desktops, we faced a lot of challenges in pricing because price is a factor that affects a project. Luckily, because of this product, we saved a lot of time. I think we could ignore the pricing and licensing cost. I would prefer if Dell Business Desktops does not heat up occasionally. I would prefer it being flexible and the pricing cost also. The cost for this product is slightly higher than its competitors available in the market. I would prefer its price to come down a little bit. But its software and its adaptability is really good.

Reliable laptop performance has supported intensive model training and daily multitasking
When it comes to Lenovo Business Laptops, the heating issue is one thing that I would find concerning. When I'm in air conditioning, the air is really good and pretty chilly, but when I try to run the server or models, it takes up heat and cold gets balanced out. But when I'm at home and do not get access to proper air conditioning, the heating issue is a very important one because it heats up very fast. If we do not have a proper cooling system for it, I believe it might melt down. I fear that, but I have never faced that issue until now. The heating issue is one of the major factors that affects a product Lenovo Business Laptops. When I do not have access to my table and chair, I try to keep my laptop on my legs and the heating issue might affect my leg functionality. You would not want a hot substance to be on your legs. The heating issue is the only thing that kept it from becoming a 10.
