An affordable and easy-to-use product that is really intuitive and is one of the most stable applicant tracking systems
The product is easy to use. It's really intuitive. The things are laid out well. The search function seems to be better than other products. When I search for a name, some of the applicant tracking systems struggle to find the name, and I have to keep spelling out the entire name. Greenhouse has a better search function than other products and finds candidates quicker. I haven’t had issues with bugs. I have noticed other products freezing up or acting weird for some reason. However, Greenhouse is a solid solution. It has a really nice layout that tells us about upcoming events.

Automation has streamlined high-volume hiring while advanced analytics and parsing still need work
Zoho Recruit is an end-to-end ATS that covers requisitions, multi job postings, resume parsing, screening interviews, offers, and many other tools. It has strong automation features, including custom workflows, blueprints, assignments tools, scheduler, and macros to reduce manual efforts. It caters to higher volume roles, and it has a deep Zoho ecosystem where we can connect with native Zoho platforms like Zoho CRM, Zoho People, Zoho SignFlow, Analytics, Books, and Desk. The AI feature, Zia, is added for candidate matching, recommendations, and smart research that speeds up sourcing and shortlisting. The flexible customization includes career site and portal building that allows us to create branded career pages and employee referral portals, plus candidate self-service to reduce workflow. The API, webhook, and Deluge options are available to integrate with any applications using REST API calls and extend these functionalities to connect with external systems and automate custom logic, fitting my Deluge skills. I integrate Zoho Recruit with Dynamics 360 and the Microsoft platform. For my company, we integrate with 360 for the data migration from Dynamics 360 to Zoho Recruit.

Quotes from Members

We asked business professionals to review the solutions they use. Here are some excerpts of what they said:

Pros

"I think the ease of use is one of the most valuable features."
"The solution is pretty solid and stable, and I have had more issues with other ATSs than I ever did with Greenhouse."
"It provides very good flexibility to create filters. Therefore, I can look at candidates' progress across different stages. I can also follow candidates to get updates about where they are in the cycle."
"Greenhouse has a better search function than other products and finds candidates quicker."
"I like that the solution is secure and only the admin person has access to download information."
"Simple to use, and a comprehensive enough recruitment management tool, easy to acquire and cost-effective to use, and can cover multiple teams, regions, and skills."
"The installation process isn't very complicated."
"The customization feature is the most valuable. I can add candidates to the system without having to go into it manually. I can look at a LinkedIn or PNet profile and literally right-click on it and pass that candidate into my database almost completely. It is 100% accurate for 90% of the time. It also has good security. I can't log in without a fingerprint. To log in, I have to give a fingerprint on my smartphone."
"Zoho is by far the most comprehensive, and it does all the bits and pieces."
"The solution is very user-friendly and it's really easy to work with even when you don't have technical skills."
"Zoho Recruit is an end-to-end ATS that covers requisitions, multi job postings, resume parsing, screening interviews, offers, and many other tools."
"The CV parsing feature is the most valuable as it can parse resumes for the database, and the solution is easy to deploy, stable, scalable, and supported by a good support team."

Cons

"Probably the biggest issue with Greenhouse is that the scheduling portion isn't very strong or smart."
"There are dashboards that I can see, but for pending things that I have to look at, it should provide alerts. For example, if there are 10 new people who are added to the job that I'm involved with, it should provide me with a chart or notification so that I am prompted to look at it. Currently, I have to go and look at the dashboard. There should be a little bit of intelligence to prompt action."
"There are dashboards that I can see, but for pending things that I have to look at, it should provide alerts."
"The biggest thing for me was that Greenhouse sucked a lot of time when we were trying to schedule, whereas Lever made it very fast and easy."
"If we have to schedule multiple interviews in Greenhouse, we will have to schedule them individually."
"I do not rely on the technical support because they do not always fully understand the issue and they also rely on their Deluge developer."
"There is a limit to the number of lines you can extract, I think it's about 600 lines."
"There's a bit of a learning curve."
"No ability to automatically update details."
"Zoho Recruit could improve in the ease of use because you need to know how to do scripting or coding to receive some of the functionality in the back end. For example, AI and automation need scripting and coding."
"It lacks the functionality for finalizing the process when a successful placement is made. There is no invoicing."
"I would like them to improve their UX and UI. The front screen or the home page is dull. The tools in the marketplace have flashy home pages and a very funky style. I think that's one area that they can improve. In the future, I would like an option to integrate Zoho by default with other tools, specifically the HR tools. I would love it if I could convert the candidates directly from Zoho. That would be a huge help. They have a paid extension, but it doesn't work well during the trial period."
"Its automation is currently complicated, and it could be better. The biggest problem is that their instructions, videos, and documentation are terrible. These should be improved. I would like to see an email tracking feature and an option to find email addresses and leads."

Pricing and Cost Advice

"The one thing I didn't like, and what caused me to move from Greenhouse, was that they wanted to bump us up almost 20% over what the previous cost was."
"The tool is pretty affordable for startups and medium-level companies."
"I think it costs about $40 per month for a recruiter account. It comes with ten free accounts. It's well worth the money we are paying."
"The cost of each user depends on the size of our user base."
"It is in the middle price range. Everything is included in the price."
"Zoho Recruit is an affordable solution in comparison to BambooHR and costs relatively the same as Greenhouse implementation wise. It costs less than $100 per user. Large organizations will be able to get enterprise pricing, and Zoho is transparent with their pricing."
"The more you scale the solution the more it will cost. If you want the vendor to do the implementation or migration there are extra fees."
"In terms of cost, Zoho is by far the most reasonable for what you're getting. You get the option of monthly or yearly price. It is one cost per person for a license, and it is reasonable. My solutions are $50 per person per month."
