You will be happy with the product, product support and service level provided.
Ease of use, and nice look and feel to the end users – both very valuable to us Better customization of reporting inside of Grovo instead of creating outside of the platform at an additional cost. Our organization has been using Grovo for 2 months. Reporting had a few bugs – nothing major. No,…

Continuous skills tracking has transformed team development and now drives data-based decisions
In my opinion, the best features Pluralsight offers are the Skill IQ assessments, which are probably what I would fight hardest to keep if someone tried to take the platform away. Being able to say to a manager, 'Here is exactly where your team's skills are. Here is the data,' changes the conversation from opinion to fact. That is powerful. The hands-on labs and the new AI sandbox are also genuinely impressive. A developer can spin up a real environment and actually practice what they just learned without any risk to production systems. That is not something every platform offers. The Iris AI assistant is newer, but it has been well-received. It helps learners when they get stuck rather than just leaving them to figure it out alone. It is having a tutor available at midnight when you are grinding through a course. Pluralsight has positively impacted my organization by tracking certification completions before and after adoption. In the year before, we had maybe eight certifications across the whole tech team. In the first year after rolling out Pluralsight, we had 31. That is a number I can put in front of leadership and they understand it immediately.

Quotes from Members

We asked business professionals to review the solutions they use. Here are some excerpts of what they said:

Pros

"Distributing quiz content alongside video and ability to upload documents are the most valuable features."
"Customer Service: AMAZING. AMAZING. AMAZING. It's a huge reason why we decided to go with Grovo."
"Valuable features are customizable learning tracks, and single sign on."
"Ease of use, and nice look and feel to the end users – both very valuable to us."
"I appreciate the flexibility that the new Instructor Led Training offers, and visual graphics for tracking users, etc."
"The value is good because Pluralsight provides a common platform for all learning materials and is customizable to organizations' needs."
"We are happy with the tool's skill assessment. It helps with skill enhancement, competency, and company development."
"Pluralsight's Forrester Wave recognition this year felt well-deserved from where I sit, as it is the strongest tech skills platform I have worked with, and I have seen a few."
"We find the courses with high ratings and popularity to be most valuable. If the content is applicable, we encourage team members to use it. Regarding skill assessment, I haven't used that feature much, but we've done a few trainings with evaluations, which have been helpful for learning."
"The entire curriculum needs to be systematically organized into sections, allowing for a seamless resumption of learning."
"The fact that I could pause the training and restart another day was convenient."
"The UI is user-friendly."

Cons

"Bulk video upload is a must."
"Grouping and assigning trainings. Also, would like another admin layer built into the product."
"I look forward to the capability of putting materials in folders by category...as currently the long list of modules is daunting."
"I think a lot of the things agreed on or promised in the initial sales discussion are proving to be more difficult or do not work the way we understood them to now that we are in set up mode."
"Better customization of reporting inside of Grovo instead of creating outside of the platform at an additional cost."
"Pluralsight can be improved because the content can feel uneven in places."
"I think the assessments in Pluralsight are already good, but it would be helpful if there were explanations for incomplete questions or for which we couldn't provide a proper answer."
"The navigation could be improved to be more user-friendly."
"Improving the platform's ability to accommodate user queries would be beneficial for further enhancement."
"The product needs to become mobile-based. The number of courses is less compared to Udemy and Coursera."
"The website is not up to date."
"The course quality was not very good for the information systems auditor and risk manager courses."
