Strong single sign on security comes packaged with simplicity in this on-premises-only solution
We do not have a huge usage load in our implementation of the product at our company. We know this because we have been working with clients and speaking with them as users and they literally have thousands of users on the product. Based on their testimonial and their lack of problems in performance, the scalability is there. In our company on our projects, we stay in the range of only hundreds of users, which is very small in comparison. As far as the number of people we require for maintenance, we are the level two maintenance with the vendor. To use and to configure on the client's side — for our clients — they really should never require in excess of one person full-time or the equivalent. Sign&Go has got a pretty low administrative requirement as far as maintenance is concerned. On our side, as far as the second level of support, I would say we get very few requests for actual issues with the product. The product stability is good. So, as far as running the maintenance on our end, we tend to only have a request is when a client needs to integrate a new workstation or do something else to expand their operations.

Password manager has strengthened daily device security and has simplified secure sharing
While Keeper Enterprise Password Manager has a good interface for password management, I believe they can make the feature for Privileged Access Management a bit more user-friendly, as right now it is somewhat complicated to get a privileged access manager running in both development and production environments. Regarding improvements needed for the deployment of Keeper Enterprise Password Manager, I would like to see a simple way to install requirements on servers so they can easily be accessed through it and use Privileged Access Management. Right now the installation is somewhat complex as there is scripting to be done. It would be great for that setup to be more simple for operators.

Quotes from Members

We asked business professionals to review the solutions they use. Here are some excerpts of what they said:

Pros

"The on-premises deployment meets restrictions and the end-user is able to control all the configuration in their own IT environment."
"Because of all these reasons and by comparison, we almost always recommended Ilex as the best solution for the sake of prompt and efficient project deployment."
"I like a couple of things about this solution. Being able to share passwords with other people is valuable. You can see if the information is out on the dark web and whether you have weak passwords and the last time they were changed. You could also have the 2FA or MFA codes embedded in the application so that you don't have to use your phone or any other 2FA device, which is something very important."
"Initial setup was straightforward: create account, and the rest was extremely user-friendly."
"It has a secure password generator that incorporates random creation tools and good security practices, which allows for an easy, quick, organized update and sharing with a work team."
"Keeper Enterprise Password Manager has had a positive impact on my organization by allowing us to deploy it to the teams fairly quickly and especially to have good user adoption within the teams thanks to its ease of use."
"Keeper makes it much easier for our employees to keep separate strong passwords for every application and website login."
"Keeper was user-friendly."
"Keeper Enterprise Password Manager has positively impacted my organization by improving our security posture, as many compromised passwords have been able to be changed and we maintain high-level security, making sure that all devices are secured."
"It is nice to be able to use my Touch ID and have access to all my passwords in one place."

"I think Keeper Enterprise Password Manager could be improved in SSO management, which is a little iffy at times."
"API possible needs improvement. Although, this feature is for enterprises which need more then the usual usage."
"The organization of items needs improvement. For example, when I log onto the cloud version as well, everything is shown on my folder. It is hard to differentiate between files and documents in my list of items I have stored inside."
"Ability to set up password profiles that can predefine custom fields and password complexity."
