Handles large data volumes effectively and offers competitive pricing
There is a lot of improvement required, as we still face some cache issues most of the time, which is a challenge that we expect to see resolved in the future. Additionally, there is some limitation when we are working with a tool, especially regarding In and Out parameters, and I feel that this aspect should be improved going ahead. We face issues with the API side, as Cloud Application Integration cannot handle large volumes; according to the API page, there is a limitation of 500 records or 500 MB. The AI integrated into the Informatica Intelligent Cloud Services solution is called Application Integration, where we still face challenges when dealing with huge volumes, as previously explained.

No-code pipelines have accelerated sales data sync and now support faster team onboarding
Integrate.io Platform has helped simplify my data pipelines, as it is really good with Salesforce sync. This has been our main feature that we have consistently used, and it has really reduced our time in terms of syncing our database with Salesforce, which used to take a lot of time. The best features Integrate.io Platform offers include the no-code, low-code feature, which has been really good for us, especially for new developers to come in and get started. Additionally, the rich connectors that the platform has are very important because sometimes connections may not be compatible with others. The CDC, real-time under 60-second database replication, has also helped us a lot. No-code, low-code has had the biggest impact for my team. This has reduced the training part considerably. We don't have to do a lot of training, and not just senior developers, but junior developers can also contribute.

Pros

"Some of Axon's valuable features include creating your business glossaries, importing DQ rules, and creating change management."

"It has flexibility in extending the data model."
"I do find Informatica Data Quality is stable. It generally maintains a high level of reliability and stability, making it an asset."

Cons

"The tool's performance is an area that should be given further consideration."

"This solution is hard to set up and its interface is not user-friendly. It's also not as stable, and the technical support takes a lot of time to solve simple problems."
"Informatica Axon's response times and certain aspects of the admin panel could be enhanced for better usability."
"I would rate my experience with the initial setup a two out of ten, with one being difficult and ten being easy."
"It is complicated to establish the lineage in EDC using PowerCenter mappings."
"The customer servive and support could be faster. There is a slow turnaround."

Pricing and Cost Advice

"The price is neither too high nor too low."
"The pricing model is something that can be improved."

"It is cost effective and an easily accessible tool."
"It is an expensive solution. I would say it is the most expensive solution in the market."
