Password manager has strengthened daily device security and has simplified secure sharing
While Keeper Enterprise Password Manager has a good interface for password management, I believe they can make the feature for Privileged Access Management a bit more user-friendly, as right now it is somewhat complicated to get a privileged access manager running in both development and production environments. Regarding improvements needed for the deployment of Keeper Enterprise Password Manager, I would like to see a simple way to install requirements on servers so they can easily be accessed through it and use Privileged Access Management. Right now the installation is somewhat complex as there is scripting to be done. It would be great for that setup to be more simple for operators.

Reduced calls to the Service Desk for password resets but it does need a deployment mechanism
The availability to use a web portal Reduced calls to the Service Desk for password resets. They could include a deployment mechanism. I've used it for four years. No issues with deployment. No issues with stability. No issues with scalability. Customer Service: Very good. Technical…

Quotes from Members

We asked business professionals to review the solutions they use. Here are some excerpts of what they said:

Pros

"Keeper Enterprise Password Manager has impacted my organization positively because it is better to have your passwords recorded in a vault where it is more secure than just having it elsewhere."
"Keeper Enterprise Password Manager has positively impacted my organization by preventing information from being received out and making it easier for users to access their passwords securely without any issues."
"I have a significant number of passwords and Keeper helps me manage them all for both work and personal accounts, for me and my whole family."
"I like a couple of things about this solution. Being able to share passwords with other people is valuable. You can see if the information is out on the dark web and whether you have weak passwords and the last time they were changed. You could also have the 2FA or MFA codes embedded in the application so that you don't have to use your phone or any other 2FA device, which is something very important."
"It is simply very efficient and easy to use."
"What I like the most is the fact that I can just mark anything and it is automatically copied into the clipboard."
"Creates random, complex passwords and can create folders for specific types of information (i.e., work, personal, and school), while allowing you to connect multiple devices to one single login."
"It increases productivity, makes gathering data online more efficient, and keeps all the information you could possibly need or want at your fingertips, a must-have for anyone."
"Customer Service: Very good. Technical Support: Excellent."
"Easy to enter and track licensing, a history of successful and failed attempts, easy for the users, and low cost."
"It’s an excellent solution, with great security."

Cons

"There were some political issues between account managers over there."
"I don't really think the Vault is much use to me."
"If you purchase the premium, then after the subscription expires, you cannot edit your passwords any longer, even if you could before you purchased the paid subscription."
"Lower the price."
"I think Keeper Enterprise Password Manager can be improved by ensuring that you do not have to sign in every day to the vault."
"I have not seen a return on investment thanks to Keeper Enterprise Password Manager that can be measured; however, it helps ensure the sustainability of the company's revenue by properly protecting the key users of the company, such as executives or IT managers, so it is an insurance rather than a productivity gain, and for the moment, it is hard to measure."
"Ability to store 'files' from IOS & Android devices. You can store pics from these devices currently. Most file formats can be uploaded from PC's/Macs"
"API possible needs improvement. Although, this feature is for enterprises which need more then the usual usage."
"They could include a deployment mechanism."
