Cross-platform testing and faster execution enhance testing efficiency
Don't worry about anything. Just go for it. There will not be an issue, as far as you know what you are buying and how you want to use it. Go for it, the platform is good. I rate the solution eight out of ten due to some areas needing improvement. I rate the overall solution eight out of ten.

Quotes from Members

We asked business professionals to review the solutions they use. Here are some excerpts of what they said:

Pros

"Stability-wise, I have not experienced any downtime or other performance issues."
"The primary feature that has significantly improved our test execution times is automation."
"It is a scalable solution."
"I was really surprised by LambdaTest; it was a very good service and for the price, I think it is a very good solution."
"The Docker tunnel integration for local testing can be extremely useful to run on multiple instances in parallel."
"Automation and mobile testing have improved our efficiency."
"Geolocation testing is as straightforward as ticking checkboxes of browsers, operating systems, and countries."
"LambdaTest supports multiple platforms like iOS across different devices and enables real-time testing."
"It provides automated testing. Instead of us doing manual testing, we can utilize Leapwork, and it tests most of our critical processes. In the next phase, we also plan to do some process work with it, such as using Leapwork to create reports or provide certain extracts of data."
"The UI is user-friendly."
"The most valuable of this solution is the no code option. It offers drag and drop when it comes to development and removes the need for a developer."

Cons

"The downsides I noticed include that the pricing was very good, but the visual quality of the image sometimes suffers."
"I think Lambdatest is a valuable tool for our team and things that have room for improvement would be mobile app testing, as it can be an important addition to the tool."
"There is scope for improvement in service account usage, LDAP integration, and adapting new devices and features."
"The execution reporting can be improved for better integration between automation execution and accessibility platform reporting."
"You cannot perform native-app testing, as they offer simulation for web testing only."
"I would like to see all of the features available in the freemium plan so that I can test them."
"Responsive testing UI is a bit cluttered, whereas the LT browser is much better to use."
"Improvements on a platform need to happen on a timely basis...There should be some new features coming up or some performance improvisation over a period of time."
"The only thing that I don't like about the product is the need to deploy agents on the laptops of people doing the testing. So, you have an agent on a server, then you have an agent on the laptop of the person who is doing the testing, and that seems like a lot of stuff and a kind of anti-cloud. Why do I have to deploy agents on people's machines in order to do something in the cloud? I'm sure they're doing that so they can monitor their licensing and all that stuff, but it is not necessarily a friendly process."
"This solution could be improved by offering better reporting related to the integration into Azure DevOps."
"The initial setup is difficult."
"It is a very comprehensive tool, and there is a significant learning curve to being able to adopt the tool. Because it does so much, there is only so much that you can learn. You can, however, do some simpler things right away. They do have a kind of boot camp where some of their experts engage with you, and during that time, you can work on the top initiatives that you want to do, and that's a good process. After you start using the tool, there is a lot more that you would want to do."

Pricing and Cost Advice

"LambdaTest is priced well, which is why we migrated to it."
"From the customer side, LambdaTest is cheaper for big company usage and works fine as other similar applications."
"It is free to start, which means you can actually see how it works and then take the decision to buy."
"It is 60% cheaper and there is no fuss in maintaining the lab, so we have more time to do the testing."
"LambdaTest is on the cloud, offers both free and paid plans which start at $19 USD per month."
"The pricing for LambdaTest is affordable, and one of the reasons we implemented it."
"The pricing could be made cheaper."
"This is an affordable product."
"The product is not cheap."
"We got a deal on it for the first year. We're paying $8,000."
