Versatile integrations and reliable customer satisfaction elevate cloud service experience

For Microsoft Azure improvement, they need to enhance their support system. The first level of support should be improved in terms of quality and response time. They need more technical support at the first level, as there are currently only one or two technical people among five to ten staff members at this level. They should ensure that the first level support is more technical because we normally provide services to technical users ourselves. When an issue arises, it usually escalates to the second or third level. When facing first level support, they may have limited knowledge and only collect screenshots to forward to their seniors. They should ensure that the first level support is aligned with L2 and L3 to better assist us, especially since we mention in the ticket that our issues are related to specific problems and require that sort of support.

Consistently beneficial with excellent accessibility although support's response time needs improvement

The features and functions of the SAP Cloud Platform are very good; the performance is improved when compared with the older versions. Earlier, we were using Oracle DB, and after HANA DB migration, it is fine. We are getting the reports, and processing time is also reduced. Almost all the features of the SAP Cloud Platform are fine and good. SAP Fiori has also entered into the picture, and we are developing the Fiori apps. We have started with the BTP for the new innovations as per the SAP roadmap. The main benefits of the SAP Cloud Platform for us are that earlier we had the primary data center at our place, but now we have shifted to the cloud. The maintenance is free for us; the maintenance is completely done by this SAP partnership with Cloud4C. We have started using the SAP Analytics Cloud, and we have developed many applications for SAP SAC. We are going to give the presentation to our chairman most probably next week. The analytics features positively influence decision-making for us. The SAP Cloud Platform has been effective for us because the processing time is reduced, and we can access it easily.

I think it's based on the context of your environment and what you want to do. The LinkedIn article by Murali Shanmugham gives you some perspective here. https://www.linkedin.com/pulse... If you use SAP applications extensively, extending them with various services offered by SAP on the SAP Cloud platform would be very useful. In fact, SAP has made this platform available on hyperscalers like MS Azure, AWS, etc.

One of the best features of SAP Cloud Platform is that it is web-based and you can log in from anywhere in the world. SAP Cloud Platform is suitable for companies of any size; it works well with both large and small companies. Its stability is great and the ability to expand is very simple. SAP Cloud Platform offers smooth integration and data synchronization - the push and pull of data is extremely valuable. The functionality with SAP Cloud Platform can be difficult. We have experienced some challenges with usability and not being able to get all of the information we need. We would also like to see improvement with security, authentication, and reporting. Microsoft Azure is extremely scalable with the capability to build an environment quickly. The automation and agility of Microsoft Azure is very valuable. It offers a great information protection feature - you can create custom labels for different documents and files. This keeps data more organized and secure. Support with Microsoft Azure depends on the plan you purchase; lower-tier plans get limited support. Microsoft Azure can be a very expensive solution overall and can be complex to set up and manage. Integration with other products needs to be better. Microsoft Azure seems to be a bit slow in catching up with what other solutions have to offer. Conclusion Microsoft Azure’s biggest downside is the lack of functionality. SAP Cloud Platform provides better integration with other operating systems. If you or your clients are fully committed to the Microsoft ecosystem, then Microsoft Azure is probably the best option for you. For those that use other ecosystems, SAP Cloud Platform would be a better fit as they offer better integration with other solutions and broader overall functionality.
