A native Microsoft solution the provides great ROI and continuously improves its offering
We have Microsoft bias. We generally don't have any significant negative feedback or improvement points around Defender, EDR and CMDR platforms. It does a good job across the board. The price point is something they can improve slightly for those who don't have an M 365 E5. I believe it's a $2.80 cents add-on. In Canadian, that's expensive. If they can drop it to a dollar, for those who don't have M 365 E5, they're going to open up market share and increase affordability for an entire market segment in the medium business category. Other than that, we have no major negative feedback.

Provides information on leaks in the dark web, the deep web, and credit cards
ZeroFOX is deployed on the cloud in our organization. Before using ZeroFOX, users should also get demo sessions from other vendors. Then, you will get a better picture of ZeroFOX and how it works. ZeroFOX is a very good tool that will provide value if you can afford it. One of the key advantages of ZeroFOX is that it has a team where everyone is skilled in programming and scripting knowledge. If my team has some task, we don't have to go through the engineering. ZeroFOX is very easy for a beginner to learn. I would recommend ZeroFOX to other users. Overall, I rate the solution eight and a half out of ten.

"Offers easy integration with a cloud-based infrastructure"
"The solution blocks incoming threats on the local PC or any cloud-based threats."
"Microsoft Defender Threat Intelligence assesses machines for vulnerabilities and gives remediations."
"The technical support services are excellent."
"The global review and remediation of malicious code is probably the most valuable feature."
"I would rate Microsoft Defender ATP as nine out of ten."
"The tool is managed from the cloud, because of which the maintenance is very low."
"The best thing about the tool is that its backend team is pretty good and has a strong engineering team."
"ZeroFOX has no language limitations. It can detect many languages."

Cons

"Microsoft Defender Threat Intelligence should integrate with different platforms."
"It's a bit complicated to manage because you have many dependencies of servers, many dependencies in queue, and so on. Entries or different endpoints, and you make different configuration topics for each one. So that's a major problem."
"Having up-to-date documentation and real-time reflections in all portals would be beneficial to keep users informed about any changes. Additionally, the frequent changes in Microsoft's UI and the movement of features between different products in the set pose difficulties."
"I would like for there to be extra confirmation that there aren't viruses. Even if the virus detection software is always running there could be hidden applications that are using the computer."
"Some of the customization features could be improved by providing a portion of it as open source."
"I would like to see more AI features and capabilities."
"The solution could be more stable and precise because, at times, the threats detected are not legitimate."
"The software is expensive."
"ZeroFOX is not configured to grab the information automatically, including the news."
"Social media takedowns are a major issue. The takedowns should not take more than two to three hours."

Pricing and Cost Advice

"The solution is relatively expensive; however, our status as a gold partner provides us with several complimentary licenses, which offsets the cost."
"The solution's pricing is reasonable and not very expensive."
"The pricing of the solution is good."
"It's reasonably priced, though there's room for further improvement."
"Considering Microsoft is constantly changing licensing, I would give it a seven out of ten. It can be difficult to get your head around it, especially for small to medium-sized enterprises (SMEs)."
"They offer two license plans: Microsoft Defender for endpoints and Microsoft Defender for businesses."
"I use the product's default version, which is a free one and not the licensed version."
"On a scale from one to ten, where one is cheap and ten is expensive, I rate the solution's pricing a six or seven out of ten."
