A user-friendly solution that can be easily implemented and customized based on a company's requirements

The tool has limitations in customizing the dashboard and reports. We cannot get some information through reports. For example, if we want a report on the commission rates of 100 salespeople, there is no way to get that report. We have to go to each compensation plan document to get the information.
