I suggest having more beginner-friendly documentation, interactive tutorials, or guided setups to assist users during onboarding.
We can add various other features such as AI to improve its accessibility because in today's world, AI is more important than manual things.
Stonebranch can be improved due to an issue I had a few weeks ago with data leakage, as the servers consume more RAM than usual during continuous file transfers, and this utilization should be less.
The price is fair considering the functionality and importance of the tool, although the increase did unsettle our management.
My thoughts on the pricing of JAMS are that I won't say it is cheap, but it is cost-efficient, and that should be acceptable.
Nintex Process Platform is expensive.
