Which BI tool has the best reporting capabilities?

What do you want for reporting reasons must be the starting point? And if you wish to have data analytics tools, BI Solutions have a variety of different analytics options available. You must now think about your data sources, which should be accurate and clean. Do you need to prepare or transform your data, or not? You now need to consider your finances and compare both subscription-based and free open source business intelligence. The market is filled with BI systems, and while many of their primary features are comparable, there are differences in each one's cost and level of capability. Some solutions start out inexpensively, but if you require more functionality, you must pay more or even purchase a third-party product. Some solutions appear to be more expensive, yet they come with all the tools you might not need going forward. Finally, whichever option you select will require some time commitment because your core company is unrelated to IT and you require tools for data analytics. In any case, I use Sisense, but you can start with any solution and compare the characteristics of each to see which is easier.

Ease of developing dashboards and receiving strong technical support have enabled efficient data visualization

Introducing custom features, such as NLP-based reports, is not very good in Tableau. My MD has been asking us for a way to write in natural language to request reports that the system should generate, but that isn't very effective with Tableau. As a developer, I can develop an on-demand report in Python quite easily, but exposing a REST API on the Tableau platform is not a very easy task. AI enablement is an area for improvement for Tableau, and that is something they might have to work upon. I have heard that ThoughtSpot is quite better in this regard, but the cost of ThoughtSpot is much higher. ThoughtSpot has lots of natural language-based report generation features that Tableau lacks.

I think you should first decide which budget you can allocate for it.You can find "free' tools like Google Looker Studio, which have limited reporting and email capabilities. I assume other cloud vendors have similar "free" tools.Other reporting tools can cost from 10's $ per user per month to 100K$ for a year and more.There is also an open-source tool named Superset
