Identity visibility has improved and access governance supports least-privilege decisions
I wouldn't say major drawbacks, but there are a few minor challenges and limitations to consider. Veza provides significant value for identity security and access governance, but one of the main challenges is the initial implementation and integration process, particularly in organizations with complex environments, multiple cloud platforms, and a larger number of applications.Connecting different systems and ensuring that identity and permissions data is collected accurately required careful planning, technical coordination, and collaboration between security, IT, and application teams. Regarding its governance and security, my experience has not been very comprehensive, but the security approach is valuable because the AI-driven security insights need to operate with a clearer framework of access control, accountability, and data protection.

Centralized insights have transformed how we track SaaS usage, security, and cost savings
The dashboard provided by Zluri SaaS Management is the best feature. It is very intuitive and gives 360-degree visibility into all SaaS applications. The dashboard ranks usage of the application, provides real-time spending details, active user counts, and the authorization level of each user across each application. The most valuable features are the authorization levels and usage levels as they provide immediate notifications when unauthorized users access the application. This helps maintain data security, and real-time spend tracking proves useful for managing quarterly budgets and future planning. Zluri SaaS Management has helped identify inactive users and inactive applications, saving approximately $60,000 in the last quarter alone. This has directly impacted overall revenue, leading to a 15% increase. This was primarily accomplished through the dashboard and automated alerts that Zluri provides. Zluri offers AI integrations with ChatGPT, Claude, DeepSake, and others, but the accuracy of these integrations is not yet 100%. The output provided by Zluri SaaS Management is highly reliable. However, in terms of accuracy, the consistency is not maintained as of now, and more work could be done on maintaining consistency.
