Since I started using Datto SIRIS, the time to recover data or servers has improved significantly; before, restoring a file or server was very long with the normal backup system, Datto reduced the time much more when I needed to recover a file or a machine.

Datto SIRIS has changed my recovery time objectives significantly, as it is excellent, taking minimal time, with a simple and smoother interface that allows for a shorter backup process compared to other applications I have used, such as Commvault.

The pricing offered to MSPs for Datto SIRIS is okay, but the ability for MSPs, their upcharge when it comes down to small, medium businesses, SMB clients, is actually putting Datto out of the market for SMB clients, especially with the ability to purchase Dropbox and all these cloud-based storage solutions now.
