If they do not have one, we pitch this solution to them against a monthly recurring charge in which we provide the front-end managed service to monitor customer-related threats. enhanced.io provides us services in terms of providing the tenant for the SIEM and offering second or third-layer support for any issues faced in integrating their assets into the system. It's a complete managed service where we go to the customer, install the system, integrate the assets, and connect with enhanced.io's managed SIEM on the back end. enhanced.io provides SOC as a Service, with a dashboard for the customer and us to see alerts in their organization. We use the system to identify issues and alerts, and it is very user-friendly. enhanced.io also holds a weekly review call with us to understand if there are any open items or issues. During these calls, enhanced.io helps in isolating, identifying, and resolving issues.

What needs improvement?
There are many managed services related to cloud-based endpoint and network security solutions that can be improved. The market is moving towards cloud security, so enhanced.io should consider providing additional solutions beyond SOC as a Service.
