My main use case for Everbridge Mass Notification is as a recruiting coordinator at Uber ATG, where I use it for candidate tracking purposes. I upload their phone number and resume if the recruiter did not provide it, review feedback forms, and ensure that interviewers submit their feedback within a certain time frame and within our SLAs. I also handle all things scheduling.
I have a specific example of how I used Everbridge Mass Notification for candidate tracking and scheduling when we sent their confirmation emails. At the time, if a phone number was missing, I would import the phone number from the candidate into Everbridge Mass Notification and their resume so that it would link to their interview kit for the interviewers to reference easily during the candidate's onsites.
In my opinion, the best features Everbridge Mass Notification offers are valuable for high-volume enterprise recruiting, such as at Uber ATG, which is a sub-unit of Uber. It is designed to manage a large candidate pool and complex recruiting processes. Everbridge Mass Notification was very good at integrating with major HR platforms.
I noticed positive changes in my own workflow and daily tasks while using Everbridge Mass Notification, particularly with the scheduling, where it communicates between our internal scheduling platform and having interviewers submit their feedback forms or scorecards within Everbridge Mass Notification. The system sends reminders to submit scorecards if they have not done so within a specified time frame with established SLAs. That was a positive aspect of Everbridge Mass Notification.
I think Everbridge Mass Notification can be improved as the interface was very crowded and almost noisy, where it seemed outdated compared to ATS systems today such as Ashby and Greenhouse.
I do not have much more to add about the needed improvements regarding the interface or other features.
I have been using Everbridge Mass Notification for about seven months.
I do not have anything else to add about how I used Everbridge Mass Notification or any other use cases; it was fairly general.
I would like to add that at Uber ATG, we scheduled through a custom-made scheduling platform that was internal, and Everbridge Mass Notification integrated with that internal software system, which was excellent to see.
I cannot say if Everbridge Mass Notification impacted the organization positively since it was outside the scope of my role, so I cannot comment on the improvements or benefits after implementing it. My overall review rating for this product is two out of ten.
