Digital signing is very easy. I use it in a basic way.
I'm able to use templates for signatures.
The solution is stable.
There is a lot of very clear documentation.

What needs improvement?
I don't have any notes for improvement. I do not need extra features.
I had some difficulties defining where exactly I wanted the signature to be. The user experience could improve on that side.

I've used the solution for a year now. I haven't used it for very long just yet.
What do I think about the stability of the solution?
The solution was quite stable. I'd rate it eight out of ten. I didn't use it in a high capacity, yet it didn't give me issues. There are no bugs or glitches, and it doesn't crash or freeze.
What do I think about the scalability of the solution?
I haven't used the solution to scale.
I do plan to increase usage in my consulting company to help me handle more contracts and invoices.
How are customer service and support?
The documentation on offer is enough. I did not have any need to reach out to support. Having never reached out, I do not know how they are when you need help.

I'm not sure which version I'm using. I was an end-user, not a developer.
