Easy deployment and configuration make it appealing, although some features pose configuration challenges. While reducing technical debt and having commendable support services, limitations in managing third-party devices and restricted data availability to 14 days remain. Reports are good yet not perfect, and support response time could be improved to better meet tech buyers' needs.
