FloQast could be improved with more robust automations, meaning if a reviewer marks it reviewed in the support, that could be reflected in FloQast as well, and vice versa.

FloQast is integrated with NetSuite, which is our ERP, but other applications, such as Workday, which we use for payroll reconciliation, are not integrated, and we are still manually exporting the data and mapping it with NetSuite.

FloQast can be improved regarding the data from reconciliation itself. It takes a minute or some time to pull the data from the reconciliation using the hashtag, and that can be improved.
