Suger helps us manage our marketplace listings by publishing and managing our services listings through their platform. It also assists us in our deal management with the help of a CRM system.

Suger has positively impacted my organization by helping me streamline my e-billing and revenue operations. The platform includes AI agents and workflow automation, which prevent billing issues related to my referrals and offer preparation for my referral clients.

Since using Suger, I have seen specific outcomes. The platform helps me draft, map, and summarize my records due to its extensive use of AI. It has served as my workflow automation solution, which definitely saves time.

Suger offers excellent partner relationship management features that manage my distributors, system integrators, and other partners across the globe.

One area of improvement for Suger would be adding more marketplace support. Although Suger supports a majority of marketplaces, there are some smaller private marketplaces that it still does not support.
