What is our primary use case?
We extensively use it for rapid monitoring of various aspects on behalf of our clients, to oversee our own operations, and to ensure the continuity of our services. As a telecom company, we offer active switching solutions to clients such as MCN and telecom companies in Nigeria. We're proactive in addressing any issues that may arise, and this has helped us maintain uninterrupted service.
How has it helped my organization?
One significant advantage we've experienced is the infusion of foreign expertise into our Indian professional management, resulting in external professionalization. Through our implementation of remote monitoring and predictive AI analysis, we've achieved substantial cost savings. This is particularly crucial for us since our facilities are spread across various regions in Nigeria. Thanks to predictive AI, we can swiftly identify issues and promptly resolve them. This has translated into savings amounting to millions, significantly impacting our bottom line.
What is most valuable?
Our primary focus has been on leveraging remote monitoring, which has proven incredibly valuable for us. It has greatly facilitated our maintenance processes, allowing us to have a comprehensive view of on-site activities. We're able to gather daily data, and the versatility of the transducers we use enables seamless integration with various on-site components. Whether it's restarting, configuring, or monitoring, we can handle it, even for devices like piezoelectric transducers where voltage checks are essential. A noteworthy recent development is the introduction of AI for predictive fault analysis and this new addition enhances our ability to anticipate and preempt equipment failures, further reinforcing our operational reliability. They recently introduced a feature that has proven to be highly beneficial and aligns well with our company's requirements and aids in maintaining our infrastructure. Their comprehensive database has also been instrumental, and it allows for flexibility when adjustments are needed.
What needs improvement?
There is a persistent concern related to the issue of aftermarket equipment replacement. It's not always straightforward, as deploying non-OEM solutions can present challenges, especially when it comes to adequate support. Occasionally, we encounter some lag in this regard.

How would you rate customer service and support?
What about the implementation team?
The deployment process involves several steps including setting up a new site or expanding an existing one. We reach out to the service provider, who then provides us with a proforma invoice detailing the equipment and installation costs. Once we receive this invoice, we issue a purchase order. The service provider mobilizes and deploys the site promptly. After the installation, we connect with our network configuration system to validate the setup and go through a comprehensive procedure to ensure everything is in order, and we activate our remote monitoring system.
What's my experience with pricing, setup cost, and licensing?
It is quite affordable. I find the pricing to be budget-friendly.
