Most business meetings are with outside clients because most of the people that we work with are from a very small company, so we either meet in a room and talk or pick up the phone and talk.
What I appreciate about Google Meet Workspace is the simplicity, first of all; it has pretty much all the features that I could use on either Zoom or Skype, and it is very simple. You go in there, you have the link, you click on it, and to book a meeting, it is very simple. People who do not even know what a computer is can go ahead and book a meeting.
I have never used Google support because most of the things were so simple, I could do it myself, so I never really saw the need to reach out to them.
What could be improved, I do not know the actual improvement yet, but when somebody sends me an email, I can just give you what I have on Outlook, Microsoft Outlook, and I can take that email and transform it into a meeting. That feature would be really good for me, as it would copy the email and put that at the bottom of the meeting invite, so they can see what they said about the meeting and they know what we were talking about.
We are now in business decision-making, so we are at an evaluation stage and have not made a decision yet. I cannot give a really good answer on that; the only thing we have is the evaluation that we have assembled to try to compare them, but we cannot give user input.
It is good; it is not too expensive; I do not find it too expensive.
At my former company and my own company, we are trying to use either Apigee or Azure API management, but we have not decided yet.

The features I use most are video meetings in Google Meet Workspace, shared documents in Google Docs, file storage in Google Drive, and collaborative editing where multiple people can work on the same document at the same time.
Google Meet Workspace has had a positive impact on my productivity in studies. When I first started using Google Meet Workspace, it was quite quick to get up and running. I did not need any formal training. A few hours of exploring the features using them for classes was sufficient. The interface is intuitive, so most of the basics were easy to learn on my own.
Before I started using Google Meet Workspace, communication was mostly through WhatsApp groups, emails, in-person discussions, and offline assignments. During the shift to online learning, Google Meet Workspace became the primary platform because it combines meetings, document sharing, and collaboration in one ecosystem. I am not certain what alternatives the school formally evaluated, but platforms such as Microsoft Teams and Zoom were common alternatives at that time.
Most students and teachers in my environment use Google Meet Workspace regularly, but the level of usage varies. Some people are power users who take advantage of features such as shared drives, advanced document formatting, and collaboration tools, while others mainly use the basics such as joining meetings, viewing files, and submitting assignments.
There are several advanced features of Google Meet Workspace that I rarely use, such as meeting recordings, breakout rooms, and advanced admin controls, as well as App Sheets and some of the more advanced features in Sheets. For my academic needs, the core features such as meeting, document collaboration, and file sharing are usually sufficient.
I would rate my overall experience with Google Meet Workspace an 8.5 out of 10.
