What needs improvement?
The solution's OKR system or performance management tool is not so great. The legal reports should be customized based on the states in India, which goes to the labor department. We should have the same formats the government uses rather than pulling it and updating it in Excel.

greytHR is deployed on the cloud in our organization. Not more than four people are needed for the solution's deployment and maintenance. I would recommend greytHR to other users.
