My main use cases are twofold. One is when I read something on Twitter, Grok can explain it to me, even if it's just an image or if it requires a lot of background information. Grok can always give me the context to understand something. The second use is when I have pop cultural questions about memes, Internet phenomena, or very recent trends; Grok provides the most up-to-date information and the best insights into niche topics.

What is most valuable?
On Twitter, or X itself, the option that on any post, I can just access Grok functionality with one click is valuable. In general, I appreciate the ability to discuss very current trends and developments. Because I cannot follow all Internet subculture all day every day, Grok makes it easy to get accurate information on these up-to-date pop cultural phenomena.
What needs improvement?
Grok is already pretty good, but I don't like the voice mode. It doesn't work very well, giving very long answers and explanations and repeating certain greetings. It is not enjoyable.

Scalability is not really an issue, since it's a SaaS tool, but if you want to roll it out in a company, it is not particularly scalable because it's tied to individual accounts. I have not looked into whether there are any enterprise options, but scalability would be rated low for large organizations.

I don't think there is customer support.
Which solution did I use previously and why did I switch?
I previously tried to do the same with ChatGPT, Claude, and Perplexity, but none of them have the ability for this up-to-date, real-time, niche, pop culture knowledge that Grok possesses.

Only use Grok if you need current pop cultural knowledge on social media. For most other problems, other LLMs are better. I rate Grok a seven because it does a good job providing context and background on pop cultural phenomena, memes, and Internet trends but the voice mode is not good. For many other applications, like data analysis and writing text, ChatGPT or Claude are better.
