I am using HashiCorp [Private Offer Only] as secret storage for secrets, certificate generation, and for the lifecycle of certificates and credential rotations. I have implemented HashiCorp [Private Offer Only] for secret management. The benefit that I am getting with HashiCorp [Private Offer Only] is that I am storing all private certificates into the vault. I am storing all credentials of the service accounts that I use to access dynamically and using the APIs. All service accounts have their credentials stored into the vault, and they can be accessed using the API. I don't need to configure credentials into the code itself as static, but I am dynamically calling them using the vault. That is the main benefit or the primary use case I have.
What is our primary use case?
What is most valuable?
The automation part of HashiCorp [Private Offer Only] that I prefer the most is that it is very easy to automate, perform customization, and I can write the code and manage it very comfortably. The automation part is pretty suitable.
While using Terraform, the biggest advantage that I felt is the kind of version history or its capability to revert to any version of the configuration.
AWS impacts my cloud operations and system automation with the infrastructure as code feature.
What needs improvement?
The area of improvement with HashiCorp [Private Offer Only] is that the support could be a little faster, and that is one thing regarding the technical support.
Considering I am in the AI era, it would be great if HashiCorp [Private Offer Only] could support managing AI agents' credentials and have compatibility with AI agents.
For how long have I used the solution?
In this company, I have been working with HashiCorp [Private Offer Only] for almost two and a half years.
What do I think about the stability of the solution?
I detract those two points because it requires a lot of documentation reading, and it is not that straightforward. Once I perform that, then it can be done.

I would rate scalability as nine on a zero to ten scale.
How are customer service and support?

What was our ROI?
There is some value for money and return on investment despite it being expensive.

I am using Teleport instead of HashiCorp Boundary.

I think HashiCorp [Private Offer Only] is expensive.
Because HashiCorp [Private Offer Only] fits my use cases, that is why I am using it.
