Stable and scalable with a good user interface

Overall, everything related to the interface is very good.



What needs improvement?



Some follow up from our user-partners would be useful. Letting users know what is up and coming or providing better documentation would be helpful. Overall, the solution could offer its users better support.



For how long have I used the solution?



I've been using the solution for ten years.



What do I think about the stability of the solution?



The solution is very stable.



What do I think about the scalability of the solution?



The solution is very scalable. We have about 1,000 end users.



How are customer service and technical support?



Technical support could be better. I'd rate them four or five out of ten. In my personal experience, I have had a bad impression of support, however, I can't speak to how others perceive it.



How was the initial setup?



The initial setup was straightforward.



What about the implementation team?



I handled the implementation myself.



What other advice do I have?



We use the on-premises deployment model.

I'd recommend the solution. I'd rate it eight out of ten.
