The main use case for ID Agent is to alert customers that an employee's password has leaked onto the dark web and the password is circulating.
Dark Web ID has alerted us whenever our passwords have leaked onto the dark web so we can actually go out and change them.
The real-time alerts from ID Agent aid us in enhancing our incident response procedures by alerting us that this password is circulating, but it could also be an older password.
What needs improvement?
It would be beneficial if they could improve ID Agent because sometimes it indicates certain files were leaked, such as social insurance numbers; I would love to be able to pull out evidence of the files that were taken or seen.
At one point, ID Agent was bundled with phishing and training, and then they switched it out, making it harder to sell Dark Web services. I wish they would have kept the bundle.

I rate their customer service and tech support with Kaseya as very good. I'm very happy with it.

I was using other security products such as Rapid7 and Tenable.

The initial setup for ID Agent is generally very easy; it's a three-minute setup.

It's helped us sell ID Agent to other customers and generate revenue from it.

I don't deal with Kaseya 365 or Unitrends.
I use Dark Web, VulScan, and VPenTest, not Kaseya VSA or IT Center.
What other advice do I have?
We need five to 10 users.
I have ID Agent as a backup solution.
It has tremendously helped us.
I integrate ID Agent with other products, such as the vulnerability scanner and VPenTest.
I don't use security awareness training or metrics to measure the effectiveness of ID Agent's features and risk.
We switched to Kaseya for ID Agent because of ease of use and trust.
