What do I think about the stability of the solution?
In the five years that we've been using Imprivata Identity Governance, it has been down for a total of a few hours for issues like certificate expiry. So far, the product has been almost 100% stable.
What do I think about the scalability of the solution?
I haven't had any issues with the solution's scalability. Since it can also be SaaS instead of on-premises, the solution has a lot of scalability.
How are customer service and support?
Support is very good with dedicated account reps.

Which solution did I use previously and why did I switch?
Previously used IBM Tivoli which would have required about twice of the initial cost of Imprivata to upgrade to a version which allowed automation.
How was the initial setup?
The solution's initial setup depends on the organization. Healthcare organizations have different requirements than other organizations. It can either be an easy out-of-the-box install with minimal customization or a full-blown customized product for all the organization's requirements.
What about the implementation team?
We've been using Imprivata Identity Governance since 2018, constantly changing as new requirements come up. The solution's initial deployment took eight months.

What's my experience with pricing, setup cost, and licensing?
Imprivata Identity Governance's pricing is probably in the middle ballpark. I have heard that some of the larger companies I know are a lot more expensive.
What other advice do I have?
If users need Imprivata Identity Governance for their organizational needs, they should go with it. Since everyone's got their pros and cons, it depends on what your needs are.
Overall, I rate Imprivata Identity Governance ten out of ten.
