What is our primary use case?

We use IQ Bot to improve the OCR capabilities in our automation.

What is most valuable?

The most valuable feature is the cognitive ability, as it will learn an interface that it is not familiar with and perform in the way that a human does.

I really like the user interface.

What needs improvement?

The price of IQ Bot, packaged with Automation Anywhere, is too expensive for some companies and they will not use it. The price should be lowered.

For how long have I used the solution?

I have been using IQ Bot for about a month, although my experience with Automation Anywhere itself is for more than three and a half years.

What do I think about the stability of the solution?

IQ Bot is a stable part of the platform.

What do I think about the scalability of the solution?

Management comes into the picture when it comes to scalability. If there are bots available then we are able to scale up and down without affecting our performance.

How are customer service and support?

I have been in contact with technical support and I am satisfied with it.

They have helped us with problems in the past. They respond quickly, and in all of the cases, our problems have been resolved in a maximum of 24 hours.

Which solution did I use previously and why did I switch?

I have tried other options but there were problems with the OCR that caused me to try IQ Bot. We were having trouble reading invoices from the OCR image data.

How was the initial setup?

The initial setup is pretty straightforward. Even deploying all of the bots to the sites, if the person is technical then it is pretty simple and straightforward.

What's my experience with pricing, setup cost, and licensing?

We are using the Community Edition of Automation Anywhere that includes IQ Bot.

The package that includes Automation Anywhere and IQ Bot starts at $10,000 USD.

What other advice do I have?

IQ Bot technology is good and it is a solution that I can recommend for a conventional user. When it comes to people who are from a non-programming background, I think that IQ Bot is fine. There are solutions that require people having programming skills, especially in .NET, which makes developing and managing the bots easy. This is not the case with Automation Anywhere. 

I would rate this solution an eight out of ten.

We are using IQ Bot for sales order automation.

What is most valuable?

The most valuable feature is the intelligence it has with the ability to read the customer sales order and convert it into our own, despite minor changes in format. It is able to intelligently decipher those changes and I think that it's quite useful.

What needs improvement?

I would like the intelligence to improve so that IQ Bot can handle vastly different formats of documents that we get from the customer, in terms of reading different fields. Having it even more intelligent would be very useful.

Better customization in terms of mapping would be an improvement.

For how long have I used the solution?

We have been using IQ Bot for a couple of months.

What do I think about the stability of the solution?

We have only been using IQ Bot for a couple of months but so far, we have not had any problems in terms of stability. In time, we will see if it continues to be as stable as it is right now.

Scalability has not been a challenge for us. We have four users at this time.

How are customer service and technical support?

I would rate technical support as good. When we were stuck we got support.

We did not previously use another RPA solution.

I would say that the initial setup is very complex and not easy.

The deployment took approximately three to four months.

What about the implementation team?

We had an integrator from Automation Anywhere to assist us with the deployment. Our experience was fantastic and we are very happy with them

What's my experience with pricing, setup cost, and licensing?

Pricing is highly confidential because it is something that can be negotiated. The licensing costs are on a yearly basis.

Which other solutions did I evaluate?

We evaluated UiPath but we chose Automation Anywhere and IQ Bot because of the advanced intelligence capability that was promised. This tipped the decision in their favor.

What other advice do I have?

My advice for anybody who is implementing this solution is to be very sure about how the data is going to be mapped from one business process to the other and how the whole process will work. The mapping is very, very important in order for IQ Bot to work perfectly.

I would rate this solution an eight out of ten.

What is most valuable?

IQ Bot is a good extraction tool. The most valuable feature of IQ Bot is that any user can customize it on their own, and they don't need to get in touch with Automation Anywhere.

What needs improvement?

The solution's predictive model can be improved in terms of accuracy. It takes a lot of training to get it right. It is hard to customize IQ Bot because each client has different types of documents and requirements. It takes time to get accuracy, particularly when working in a country like India, where many documents are scanned.

For how long have I used the solution?

I have been using IQ Bot for ten years.

How are customer service and support?

IQ Bot's technical support team takes a couple of weeks to respond.

Which other solutions did I evaluate?

I usually recommend Aiwozo DocuBot instead of IQ Bot.

The pre-configured AI models are better. It takes as little as five minutes for companies to set up Aiwozo DocuBot and start working. Since Intel provides the servers, the response rate is pretty fast. The overall structure of Aiwozo DocuBot is such that you can have an entire workflow management inside it.

Various consultants can assign hundreds of team members different invoices to process. The manager will be able to approve data and review those details in a single platform so that it can be scaled very quickly.

What other advice do I have?

IQ Bot is suited for both bigger and smaller companies because it is flexible on the pricing front. People from some smaller companies are also able to start with document extraction. Since the pre-trained models don't take much time for configuration and training, it reduces the cost.

Overall, I rate IQ Bot a seven out of ten.
