The real-time intelligence capabilities and self-healing capabilities are quite good, and those are the best features for Ivanti Neurons for UEM.
It integrates into InTune, which enables us to detect, diagnose, and fix issues without manual intervention. The real-time insights feature helps identify security threats.
I have not noticed any problems with AI-based automation in optimizing IT operations. The AI functionality that proactively secures and heals devices enables us to streamline the mobile device management, which is always beneficial.
What needs improvement?
The price being quite high and the limited container storage are areas that have room for improvement.

I rate the stability an eight because it is fairly solid. Regarding the self-healing capabilities, I would say it has reduced downtime by around thirty to forty percent.

I would say the scalability is probably an eight as well.

I rate technical support an eight because I think we have not had to deal with them often, but when we have, it has been fine.

What other advice do I have?
My advice for others looking into this product is that if you are using only InTune for your device management, Ivanti Neurons for UEM is certainly a more comprehensive solution if you are looking for something else, and I would recommend it. I am not aware of any maintenance that is required for Ivanti Neurons for UEM. Around fifty users use the solution. I would rate the solution overall an eight out of ten.
