We are using it to back up the software across the network to a remote server.
What is our primary use case?
What is most valuable?
It is fully featured. It has allowed me to do everything I wanted to do.
It is also very easy to use and install. It is pretty self-explanatory, and their support was also very good. Everything is fine.
What needs improvement?
The user interface could improve. We are looking at some cloud-based databases, and I don't think they support that.
For how long have I used the solution?
I've just used it for about a year.
What do I think about the stability of the solution?
The performance has been good. The stability has also been good. We haven't had any problems at all.
What do I think about the scalability of the solution?
We're just in the process of scaling it. One of the reasons we purchased it was because we felt it could scale for us.
How are customer service and technical support?
Their support was really good. Every time we called, they answered our questions very quickly, and they were very responsive. We had one issue that hung out there for a week or two, but they followed up and solved it. So, it's all good.
How was the initial setup?
It was very straightforward. I just kind of followed the manual, and everything was set up pretty easily.
What other advice do I have?
It has worked out well for us. So, I would recommend it.
I would give it a solid nine out of 10.
