I used Kiteworks for file transfers with internal clients.

I like Kiteworks or Accellion because it's continuously upgraded. I also know that it probably works with a lot of clients.

It could be more stable. In the next release, it would be better if it was more stable with improved performance.

I have been working with Kiteworks for about two years.

Kiteworks has some performance problems with the trash test time settings. When the trash files increase, there are some performance issues.

Kiteworks is scalable. I think you just have to create a monitoring system and review some metrics like response time. We had about 3000 people using this solution.

This solution doesn't require daily maintenance, just upgrades. I would recommend Kiteworks to potential users.

On a scale from one to ten, I would give Kiteworks a ten.

I like that the solution can be used remotely including from mobiles. It's easy to upload and share files. 

They could improve the location of their file. 

I've been using this solution for two years. 

The solution is stable. 

We haven't had any issues with scalability. Everyone in our team uses Kiteworks; we have 22 developers, and business users in several countries as well as technical managers using the solution. 

The solution is deployed on cloud so there's no real implementation involved. 

I rate this solution seven out of 10.

I have used this for 18 months.

We mainly had stability issues with kiteworks, where we were pushing the limits of its capability. There was also a disconnect between the functionality stated by marketing and what engineering/PD for the platform would actually deliver.

Its scalability was great.

My former company, MPA, was a New Zealand distributor and we had excellent technical support. In Australia, we had a representative who was very good and could coordinate with the support team from corporate Accellion when required.

We sold both solutions and used both versions.

Being supplied with a virtualized image meant we had very few issues with customers installing on their own. Additionally, corporate Accellion assigned an engineer, which further smoothed the process.

Pricing was not straightforward, as we needed to contact the Managing Director of Asia Pacific for pricing on each customer.

It would have been great to have a fixed price list for New Zealand. However, working with the Accellion team was a great experience.

I have personally used Dropbox and Google Drive.

It’s a great product that you should seriously consider and take the first step by training.
