At Heineken Vietnam and Heineken Global, we always use Microsoft Azure portal for our data storage needs. I estimate that more than 10,000 users utilize this service in my organization.

My personal opinion is that the ecosystem of Microsoft is very large. I can use many platforms related to Microsoft, such as Microsoft Power Platform, which makes it easy to integrate with other Microsoft-related platforms.
I think deploying Microsoft Azure portal is easy because I have experience using the cloud. I used AWS before, so the transition was straightforward for me. It is very easy to use.
The pricing for Microsoft Azure portal is acceptable to me.
What needs improvement?
The speed and performance are satisfactory to me, and overall everything meets my needs. I do not have specific improvements in mind that Microsoft Azure portal needs to implement. Regarding AI products, I am uncertain about their capabilities. Both Microsoft Azure portal and AWS offer similar AI deployment options. Currently, my organization does not use AI products in Microsoft Azure portal or another cloud platform, so I cannot comment further on this aspect.

When comparing Microsoft Azure portal with AWS, the cost of Microsoft Azure is higher than AWS. Because of the cost difference, I would rate the scalability between eight and nine.

It is very easy for Microsoft Azure portal to integrate with other tools such as Azure Active Directory. Customization is also easy to implement.
I do not use the AI feature or AI product in Microsoft, so I cannot comment on how machine learning impacts my decision-making. My overall review rating for Microsoft Azure portal is eight.
