There is good community support available.

I have previously used AWS and GCP.
What's my experience with pricing, setup cost, and licensing?
Microsoft Azure is more expensive than other solutions, such as GCP. We have found that GCP offers more utilities at a very reasonable price. I think the reason we are having a discount is because of the bank contract we have.
What other advice do I have?
I would recommend this solution.
I rate Microsoft Azure a seven out of ten.
Which deployment model are you using for this solution?
Public Cloud

Stable, with good management capabilities and helpful technical support
Pros and Cons
- "Technical support has been good over the years."
- "The pricing could be better."
What is our primary use case?
We are primarily using the solution for the active directory, and Microsoft TPM.
How has it helped my organization?
The product has helped in managing laptops during COVID. It is very useful to work from home. It offers useful products like Microsoft Teams, used by 100% of our company. Due to the fact that it's all on the cloud, we don't have to be in the office to access and manage everything.

How was the initial setup?
The initial setup is easy if you understand Microsoft and have some experience. Otherwise, it is very difficult.
What's my experience with pricing, setup cost, and licensing?
We'd prefer lower pricing. Microsoft can be costly. Due to COVID, many small companies can't handle the costs that Microsoft is charging. They need to be more flexible. If customers were going through cloud solutions, they should get more of a discount.
What other advice do I have?
We are Microsoft customers and end-users. We don't have a business relationship with the company.
I'd rate the solution at a nine out of ten. We've mostly been quite please with the product and its capabilities.
Which deployment model are you using for this solution?

A stable and scalable solution with good tech support, but lacking proper ease of use and dashboards

Use of the solution could be easier. It is too complex.
The solution is not sufficiently informative and there is a need to wade through much information.
Moreover, we find it lacking when it comes to active dashboards. This is problematic when looking to Teams, as it does not allow one to know what is transpiring in real time, such as when there are concurrent conferences. This information only becomes available the following day.

It's done a really good job. It's an up-to-the-mark product.
There are many features available in Azure, including hundreds of products. There are more than 200. It is difficult to find fault in this product.

Many of my customers are using SaaS and PaaS and are happy with its tasks and performance. There are many tools, such as monitoring. The security can change along with your defender.
From the perspective of management, the solution has functional apps that are running, SQL as a service. Everything is pretty good.
What needs improvement?
In my role as a service provider the vendor appointment may be required from the Microsoft plan. Occasionally, the response time is inadequate. It would be nice to have faster support.
For how long have I used the solution?

What other advice do I have?
Microsoft is in the process of implementing a vast security apparatus. Their security features are really good. The ones that are part of Microsoft Azure allow for vulnerability assessment, with good security features. In the event of someone deploying a red flag or app they get in contact with you and take action.
Our customers run the gamut from small, medium to enterprise businesses. SMB comprise our major customers, with two or three being enterprise.
As I am a Microsoft partner, I recommend Microsoft exclusively.
I rate Microsoft Azure as a ten out of ten.
