The candidate ranking and matching is top notch and is on par with or even better than many paid options

What is our primary use case?



It helps me source candidates for my job offerings. I can share the jobs to social media and search the huge database of resumes to make sure that I only get the scope of the very best candidates for my company. It saves me so much time by automatically posting to 29 job boards. I can handle my candidate communications on one site. Plus, I can have unlimited users on the account which lets me lighten the workload and share it with my team. It lets me do my interview scheduling.



How has it helped my organization?



Not only have they helped make the recruiting process a breeze, but they also have helped me get my own company Career Page. This is an area which was lacking before. They are also helping me to build my brand and providing me with peace of mind, helping me bring the very best talent to come work for me. I can even handle it through my smartphone since it is mobile friendly.

I have always wanted to use an ATS system but did not want to spend an arm and a leg on it. MightyRecruiter lets me source the best talent for my organization.



What is most valuable?



  • It's so easy to use, the UX is amazingly user friendly.
  • The candidate ranking and matching is top notch. It is on par with or even better than many paid options.
  • Their service is free which is amazing.
  • There is no training required to for operation. It gets straight to the point concerning the activities that my team needs to perform to get the best candidates.


What needs improvement?



There could be a better user onboarding experience. Other than that, they have clearly hit the nail on the head with this product. I'm happy to recommend it to everyone.

We review software products to help the community find out about better alternatives.



    How has it helped my organization?



    We had to use a title provided from MightyRecruiter. We would have preferred coming up with something creative from our end.

    The user interface can be improved through minimizing the number of clicks used, and letting the user click and move.



    What is most valuable?



    • User interface is good overall when compared with other sites.
    • Job landing page is helpful in asking for attributes that a recruiter is looking for in an employee.
    • Guidelines are on the landing page
    • What needed to be done was clear from the beginning, no hidden intent.


    What needs improvement?



    • Provides additional skill sets for the users apart from what they have learned in an organisation.
    • Includes a pro column for what other traits someone carries, which do not directly impact an organisation currently, but are good to have.

    This version has multiple options in the menu bar. It should be less complex, by combining some options.

    I had a few hiccups in the beginning in regards to jobs not showing up after editing. However, after a few tries and learning the system, I was able to get it figured out. An initial tutorial would be wonderful for first time users.

    Saves you the hard work as the platform boosts of many leads

    What is our primary use case?



    Our company needs young, talented interns. MightyRecruiter gives us so many leads. It is an amazing platform.



    How has it helped my organization?



    It is hard to get the best employees and business partners in today's world. Screening is a strenuous job, and MightyRecruiter saves you the hard work as the platform boosts of many leads. 



    What is most valuable?



    More than likely, your job vacancies will acquire many candidates. The platform really motivates you to be as specific as possible and as detailed as you can regarding the position, the job description, and other screening information.



    What needs improvement?



    The interface is a bit formal. It is unusually dull in color and design. My suggestion is to give it a second look in regards to the web design. It really helps to have smooth web pages for an engaging experience.

    The customer service is terrific.

    I have found the free distribution to major job boards the most valuable feature

    What is our primary use case?



    Being a recruiter, it is not easy to find an ATS and job aggregator that is worth its money. MIghtyRecruiter is free, but if I had to pay for it, I would. It is that good. 



    How has it helped my organization?



    MightyRecruiter has allowed me to find candidates without spending the majority of my profit on advertising and job postings. There is no other ATS like that. 



    What is most valuable?



    I have found the free distribution to major job boards the most valuable feature. It is not easy being a recruiter, but MightyRecruiter has made it so easy. 



    What needs improvement?



    The only improvement I would make would be allowing the jobs to go live faster. In the transportation industry, you need to fill jobs quickly. That is not always possible if your job takes 24 hours to go live.

    This is a great option for people who are searching for a new job, because there is a big group of companies looking for new talents. This tool offers the opportunity for a professional to search for a job aligned with his/her talent, then fit the company, who is looking for new employees, with the person who has the right skills.

    MightyRecruiter has help so many of my partners and me search for new job opportunities. It has brought to our company new features: What we should have in new employees based on our demands and the new tendencies in the labor market.



    What is most valuable?



    "My jobs" is the best feature of this tool, because it brings me the opportunity to set a profile and put it on the page for companies to know my abilities and recruit me as a new talent. This is a great opportunity for me to show what can I do with all my abilities.



    What needs improvement?



    They could amplify the range of companies for some profiles. Sometimes, you put your professional resume and only get results from the US. There must be more options for some people and for their profession.
