We have multiple Prism Centrals - two currently, with more coming in, especially with NC2 and the public cloud. We can log into one portal, one panel, and see metrics, VMs, and perform administration tasks, all from one site.
Nutanix Central provides users a centralized view of storage and capacity, effectively scaling with organizational growth. Its grouping feature simplifies organization, while hardware details enhance BIOS and compatibility updates. Customer service excels, though initial setup poses challenges. Improvement is needed in VM migration tools and API compatibility, particularly with Rubrik. Permissions should align with cluster and Prism admins, and accuracy in issue resolution is crucial for customer satisfaction.
