Our main use case for PeerSpot is market awareness via customer reviews as well as leveraging intent data and generating customer testimonials.

We recently signed up for the sponsored comparisons product, and that has increased our visibility across our key target categories significantly. In addition, PeerSpot's video interview service has been fantastic to generate video reviews and leverage those on the public domain to influence market awareness of the products and services we offer.

The intent data has also been very valuable in creating optimized digital campaigns in paid media and understanding what the market is looking for so we can serve those needs and make sure that prospects and customers are getting what they need from a technology perspective and from a service perspective.

The best feature PeerSpot offers is the team at PeerSpot. Our CSM, Ayelet Wechsler, is fantastic, extremely helpful, and extremely knowledgeable. Beyond that, the account team is very proactive providing key insights, custom dashboards, and custom data sets to help us reach our goals as a company.

We look at where we're showing up in the market and what the sentiment is. The dashboards and the intent data really help us zero in so that we can address any shortcomings and identify champions who would advocate for us and for the products.

Some of the features such as the quote generator and some of the other content development tools are fantastic. It makes it really easy to get powerful statements from customer advocates out into the market.

The partnership with PeerSpot team, specifically with our account team, has been instrumental in driving success and driving us to understand the marketscape, understand the customer needs, identify those customers that are willing to advocate for us, of which there are hundreds, because PeerSpot does such a good job of engaging them and getting them to opt in. The dashboards and the data sets are easy to leverage to enhance our go-to-market motions and optimize those campaigns so they are cost effective and serving the exact needs of what the market is looking for.

There are probably a few things that would be helpful. Currently, the dashboards are useful and good, but there is room for improvement, especially with the ability to process data using AI. That integration is happening and I cannot wait to see what we are able to do next to really take our program to the next level.

It is probably an opportunity to make it easier to convert the data into marketing assets, whether that is the peer papers or the quote cards or the leader badges. Those all exist now, but there is probably a way to make it more dynamic and easier to obtain and tie that to the data, the intent data.

We have been using PeerSpot for eight years.

PeerSpot is super easy to work with. We can add users, we can easily generate reports and distribute those and create a distribution mechanism that is automated. It is fantastic.

Customer support is fantastic. As I mentioned, our CSM Ayelet is one of the best in the business. We would not be successful without her. She is crucial to our success and goes above and beyond.

We use a number of third-party review sites. Each of them have their strengths, but PeerSpot is number one in my opinion in terms of the whole package, not just the platform, but the people. The account team is extraordinary.

I had a great experience. The account team was forthright. They have worked hard to meet our target goals given all the various constraints with budgets these days. They worked with me to create a package that would work within my budget but also deliver above and beyond in terms of the impact of the contracts. Onboarding, licensing, and the setup is super simple, one of the easiest vendors to work with for sure.

By leveraging the expertise and the hands-on approach of our customer success manager, Ayelet, we have effectively adopted her into our organization and feel that she is part of the team. That has saved us from having to invest in a full-time employee to manage the review site. In terms of time saved, being able to access the data, distribute the data to the appropriate functional heads, whether that is campaigns, campaign marketing, paid social marketing, social marketing, or content marketing, being able to get the data and have it at our fingertips quickly and self-serve has been extremely valuable in turning around effective content really quickly.

PeerSpot has helped to influence not only the presence within PeerSpot but broader with analysts and media, which is a key objective of ours from an awareness perspective. Having PeerSpot team do the managed services of generating reviews has been extremely valuable. Having these reviews show up in search is also extremely important.

The account team worked with me to create a package that would work within my budget but also deliver above and beyond in terms of the impact of the contracts.

I evaluated G2 Crowd or G2.com, Gartner Peer Insights, TrustRadius, and others.

The intent data is helping us reach more people, more of the right people, at a lower cost because we are able to identify who is in market, who is interested specifically in what we offer. With the peer reviews to back up and validate what we would say as a company, the peer reviews are really what is gold. Those are the actual customers who are experiencing the product and the services. Those are the customers that can literally be the peers to those prospects and those people that we are trying to reach with the digital campaigns. That validation is crucial.

The breadth of the reviews is fantastic. It offers deeper insights for both us as the technology provider as well as for our prospects and other customers looking to adopt the latest and greatest. PeerSpot does a great job of getting complete reviews that are super helpful to our target audience.

Being a leader on a platform such as PeerSpot is extremely valuable and the integration with AWS Marketplace for instance and having that validation front and center wherever the user is or the prospective buyer is super powerful.

It is critical. In today's world of AEO and GEO, having the AI summaries show up with PeerSpot reviews for our product is invaluable. As we all know, the click-through rates are going down, so being front and center is massively important in today's world.

It is extremely valuable to be able to create content faster than we have ever been able to before, to source references that have opted in to be a reference. That is crucial because we get so many inquiries for customer references based on product, based on function, based on industry. That data is invaluable to us.

I would rate the customer support a ten. I know I said before I do not give out tens, but from a customer support perspective, Ayelet deserves an eleven.

I say to those looking to create awareness for their products and services, PeerSpot is a must-have in their arsenal. The reach, the products, the features, the usability and scalability, and the team, having a team that is so insightful and knowledgeable is a key weapon in your arsenal. I give this review an overall rating of nine.

My main use case for PeerSpot is the retargeting pixel campaign, using their audiences to retarget display banner ads to help find middle of funnel content.

I can give a specific example of how I've used the retargeting pixel with PeerSpot's audience. We were looking to serve one of our newest white papers to a middle of funnel and bottom of funnel audience, and using the targeting through other channels and platforms did not allow us that scope to find that specific audience. Using PeerSpot allowed us to serve to that audience that already knew our product and allowed us to achieve our MQL goal.

Working with the team has helped us achieve our goals. The PeerSpot team has been really responsive and receptive to my suggestions and recommendations, and also provided me feedback on how I can optimize my campaign.

In my opinion, the best features PeerSpot offers are honestly their team, as they have been really receptive and given me the answers that I need as I'm looking for them. I haven't had many issues with response time when I have questions about AI and how AI is affecting some of the landing page results. Within the next day or two, I had a response on how PeerSpot is combating that and how they're utilizing AI to improve their system as well.

PeerSpot has positively impacted my organization by allowing us to look at the other side of the reviews and how customers and people in the software security space actually view our products and how we can improve or change that. For example, we saw a review that was left, and based on that review, we were able to send it to sales and they were able to reach out to that specific individual and improve that experience based on finding their review.

I wish we would dive a little deeper into the lead generation portion and how we can collaborate with our sales teams to improve that experience and reach out to those individuals a little sooner.

PeerSpot can be improved by diving deeper into AI, as I know AI is forever changing and adjusting. Understanding how their pages and reviews are being affected by AI results is important. Is it moving them further up? Is it moving them back? Is it bringing more or fewer people to their site based on these changes?

I have been in the digital marketing space for over ten years, working with Black Duck for almost six. I have been using PeerSpot for over the past four years, starting with lead generation campaigns and retargeting pixel, and then over the years I have continued with the retargeting pixel.

PeerSpot team has been really responsive and receptive to my suggestions and recommendations, and also provided me feedback on how I can optimize my campaign.

When I mention their responsiveness and the way they handle AI-related questions, I can say that the support has helped me tailor how I want to do my campaigns, what platforms I decide to place them in, and how I talk about it to the other parts of my team about how PeerSpot can be helpful in terms of lead generation, reviews, and how all that together can help with our AI results and how we show up on analytics.

As a result of using PeerSpot, I have seen specific outcomes such as more qualified MQLs and more qualified leads, and I would love to continue to explore how we can improve what we are doing now in the future.

Regarding PeerSpot's AI capabilities, I think the governance security is fine, and I do not have much to comment on. I gave this review a rating of eight.

My main use case for PeerSpot includes creating customer proof and case studies that are available via one-click download from PeerSpot platform, and using this content to feed additional content that ultimately lives within our demand gen engine.

For one of those use cases, I often take customer quotes and proof points from case studies, whether anonymous or named, and use them either in social promotion, which is what a customer says about us when we're not in the room, or I might create vertical specific content, such as quotes from Fortune 500 manufacturers or from financial services enterprises, which our sellers can use to help nurture deals with similarly situated prospects.

I very much appreciate the reviews as a service, or as PeerSpot calls it, strategic themes, with expert interviewers talking with existing customers and helping them articulate their experience with the enterprise solution while staying authentic and true to their own experience. I also appreciate intent leads as well as peer pixels, which allow us to deliver targeted digital campaigns to people doing research for solutions such as ours.

Let me focus on strategic themes. Recalling a previous place where, on a customer base of 200 customers, we were able to get 80 customer interviews and case studies within eight short weeks after acquiring a small company. The very clear, repeatable interview process assisted customers in organizing their thoughts and articulating clearly and succinctly about their experience with our solution, which was really impactful.

PeerSpot has positively impacted our organization by increasing consideration and awareness of our solution, which has helped feed the top of the marketing funnel, the demand engine that I referred to earlier, as well as providing customer proof, since nothing speaks more powerfully than the voice of the customer, which has been instrumental as we nurture prospects to closed-won deals.

I do not have suggestions for improvement at the moment. Nothing that I would change right now comes to mind. I am not sure at this moment what would make it a ten for me.

I have been using PeerSpot since about 2018 with a handful of companies, first at BMC Software, then at SentinelOne, for a brief period at Zafran Security, and now with Torq.

We have absolutely seen a return on investment, recalling a former employer where PeerSpot intent leads were the highest performing leads we had in our arsenal. I would say that intent leads have also reduced the total customer acquisition cost by raising awareness and consideration, and accelerating deal cycles.

I have no opinion on pricing, setup cost, and licensing.

I cannot share specifics about other options I evaluated before choosing PeerSpot.

I have nothing else to add about how I use PeerSpot. I am a big PeerSpot fan, and I love what they are doing in terms of putting customer truth out there to help remove the noise from the enterprise software buying cycle.

I would encourage others looking into using PeerSpot to consider the strategic themes or what I refer to as the reviews-as-a-service program. PeerSpot has expert interviewers, and you can work with PeerSpot to get advice on question shape and structure that would help your customers articulate their experience with your solution. That would be my first step recommendation with PeerSpot.

I can give you a specific example of how I've used PeerSpot to generate those insights or create awareness: we get customer case studies or reviews of our software through PeerSpot. We have a customer success manager who helps coordinate our outreach to current customers of our software to get feedback on their usability, their perceived usability, working with our team, and how they utilize our software to help their business.

The best features PeerSpot offers include how it provides independent reviews that give pros and cons of the tools that the reviewers are using. The website is easy to navigate, easy to find data or insights. Clear and concise case studies and other output formats from the reviews are easy to pull and use.

PeerSpot has positively impacted my organization, and I believe it has influenced our product strategy, our product development efforts and resources. We take the feedback of areas for improvement back into our software development roadmap. It also has accelerated our onboarding for new team members. Additionally, we have used it as collateral in our sales process to help new prospective customers understand how other similar individuals working at similar companies have utilized our software successfully.

These features have helped me and my team day-to-day in several ways. I will point a new account executive to PeerSpot to do their own research. The reviews on PeerSpot are more in-depth and written in a first-person point of view that helps our team and new team members learn about how our software helps our clients.

PeerSpot can be improved in that the leads or the intent leads that we have received do not really fit our customer ICP very well, so we have not gotten a lot of value from those.

I have been using PeerSpot for just less than two years.

Our customer success manager, Fyvel, has been very good to work with, very supportive, very responsive, and has been very helpful in the time that we have been engaged with PeerSpot.

The advice I would give to others looking into using PeerSpot is to have PeerSpot help coordinate the program for collecting reviews. However, if you have close customer relationships or first-hand relationships with your customers, sometimes it is easier to reach out directly to request the time for an interview rather than have PeerSpot reach out. You will get a better response rate if you are actively involved in the program. I would rate this solution a 10.

We use PeerSpot to collect customer and partner reviews. We really want to give our customers and partners a voice in sharing their experience, providing feedback, and publicly sharing their praise for our organization. PeerSpot is an amazing partner in allowing us to get in-depth reviews that we can then use in peer papers or different marketing materials. We also use it extensively for gathering quotes so that our sales and field teams can use those quotes directly from customers and the different use cases they leverage in order to sell better and have customer proof. With the evolving use of AI tools and LLMs, we need to have a direct line of continuous customer feedback so that those organizations or those sites can then pull that information live. PeerSpot does a great job with that both in SEO and GEO, which is excellent for us as an organization.

One of the things that has been really great with PeerSpot is their event support. We actually decided to have them on-site last year, and the support that we received from them was absolutely amazing. We didn't necessarily have this in our scope right off the bat, but after chatting with the team, we wanted to test things out, and we received some really great videos that we'll be using for marketing collateral, different content, different campaigns, and demand generation initiatives, which will add to the value. This was a first-time use, but we are excited to continue to partner with them on that side and continue to see the value.

In my experience, the best tool is their AI tool, Samantha, which I am using currently. I love this because as a peer or as a program manager, my number one concern is what the experience looks like for our customers and partners or anybody who is coming to PeerSpot to leave a review for us. It's super easy to use and having an opportunity to use their own voice, share it in an easy capacity that then can be relayed back to them is really important for us. We want full transparency and a very positive customer experience, which as somebody who is in advocacy is always our number one priority. That is one of my favorite tools.

The other feature I would highlight is the services side of things. PeerSpot is an absolutely amazing partner to work with. Since we partnered or I took over the program, our CSM and account manager have been going above and beyond to ensure that it's a smooth experience for us, we are expanding our use cases, and they are really adding value as partners in this. That is something invaluable when it comes to partnering with peer review sites, as sometimes they can be a little finicky, and with approval rates and everything else, it's really important that we have good communication with our vendors. PeerSpot provides exactly that.

PeerSpot is definitely heading in the right direction. One of the things that would be useful for PeerSpot to have and is something that isn't necessarily a hindrance, but something that we work really closely with our account team on is automatically having a review refresh campaign available. With all review sites, the more recent the reviews are, the better it is for showing continued engagement and current users. There are historic reviews that are maybe over a year old, and we're able to reach out to those individuals ourselves, but if there was maybe something automated that after a certain period of time, PeerSpot would trigger a reminder saying "Update your review" or "Is this still true?" that would be super helpful in alleviating some of the one-to-one outreach that is needed by me as the program manager. Other than that, we're excited about their product roadmap and the different reporting capabilities that hopefully will come. In terms of their service, they just need to continue doing what they are doing because they're really valued partners with us.

I have been using PeerSpot personally since July, so about six months, but my organization has used it for much longer than that.

On a regular basis, I am updating our quotes library. Even just this week, I was able to add an additional 20 quotes to our internal library, which our sales folks or anybody who is externally facing can self-service, and that was just this week. The number of quotes that we're getting from PeerSpot is absolutely amazing, and we only use named reviews for those ones, but if we wanted to use anonymized ones as well, the number would be exponentially larger, which is great.

I am not 100% sure on the increase or how many of our customers or people who are leaving reviews are using it. That is something I would like to know more about, but in terms of being able to give our members or communities options when it comes to how they would like to present these reviews and interviews is the really big value that we see here, especially with the ever-evolving changes to technology and how AI plays into it. This gives us a really great opportunity to continue to be innovative or at least give them a very positive and simple experience.

We are super excited for the roadmap sessions that have been presented to us. PeerSpot works really in tandem with us to ask for feedback, talk about what types of reports and different features on the back end that would be useful. As of right now, they are pretty comprehensive, which is great, but we're always looking for more information on page views, how much traffic is being driven, and different things like that. Of course, moving forward, different AI reporting capabilities and LLMs would be helpful. We're overall super excited for what's to come and the way that PeerSpot listens to us as a customer and how they take that feedback into consideration when working on the future of PeerSpot. It's evident they are not staying stagnant. They are continuing to evolve with the industry and the different use cases.

The positive impact that we have seen from PeerSpot is the length of our reviews. We historically have had different review sites that don't necessarily provide the amount of detail that we get from PeerSpot. I think it's because of the approach and the way that you collect peer reviews. It really is that true interview style, which gives customers an opportunity to speak their truth and provide even more in-depth reviews. When it comes down to it, written reviews are great, but nothing translates better than the actual voice of the customer or the prospect or the partner that showcases the value that they're seeing. The comfortability in making it easy for them to continue to expand on their answers and provide real insights is where the value really comes out, and in comparison to other review sites, PeerSpot's length is really phenomenal and something that we value.

Because we're still fairly new to PeerSpot or I am new to owning the PeerSpot program, we have not seen quantifiable ROI yet, but that is definitely something that we're looking into for the future.

I would recommend taking a look at your personas. When it comes to who you are targeting, it's really important to give them different options and ways to engage with you. One of the reasons we love PeerSpot so much is the fact that it meets the customer where they are. If they prefer to do a video review or prefer to do a voice recorded review or interview, it really is up to them and the journey that they would like to take. I've worked with different organizations where some personas are much more inclined to give those details and provide more options or more information, whereas some organizations or personas are not as inclined. So think about who your target audience is and how they would benefit from an interview-style review as opposed to the shorter form written reviews that other review sites take into consideration. PeerSpot really takes that load off of our customers and partners and gives them the opportunity to share their insights in a much easier way, which is really great. Think about that and think about the business outcomes that you're looking to achieve, whether it's volume or in-depth reviews. If you go with PeerSpot, you're really looking for those details, the opportunity to have quotes, and just more general information coming from your customers, which is always great. I would rate my experience with PeerSpot highly based on their exceptional service, innovative features, and commitment to customer success.

A good improvement would be to not have to lock in a contract around one specific product for an entire year, but to have a more flexible agreement where products could be switched on a quarterly basis in order to focus on generating reviews.

I am not sure how AWS Marketplace has been affected by the presence of our validated PeerSpot reviews; we do not participate on Google Marketplace. The present significance for my organization of having customer reviews and insights discoverable by AI tools and LLMs during vendor evaluations is very important to us right now, and it is a reason why we are focusing on generating reviews on PeerSpot. My advice to others looking into using PeerSpot is that they have great customer service, and the long form reviews that you get from PeerSpot are more valuable than from other peer review sites. My overall rating for this review is nine out of ten.
