We mainly use this solution in litigation to gather, download and host case documents from our client's systems. We are then able to use the search tools to extract the information we need from the database.

We have found the automatic translation feature of this product to be a game changer because we work with a lot of clients from China.

What do I think about the stability of the solution?
We have found this solution to be generally stable. However, we did have a situation where a malware breach occurred and so the entire system was shut down for 21 days in order to protect the data.
How are customer service and support?
We find the support for this solution to be pretty good usually.
What's my experience with pricing, setup cost, and licensing?
This solution has a fairly high price-point, which may not make it suitable for all organizations. Using this product incurs both high fixed costs, and marginal costs for each additional case being added.
