What is our primary use case?
My main use case for Siemens SIMATIC is tuning the parameters and accessing the control systems day-to-day.
I usually design or tune with Siemens SIMATIC by using the steam turbine, and in that steam turbine, I use cooling water pumps, along with some control, some hydraulic valves, and with those valves, I need a control system mechanism.
What is most valuable?
What I appreciate most about Siemens SIMATIC is that it is a very user-friendly system, and I can access it easily.
The part that feels easiest for me with Siemens SIMATIC is in diagnosis, particularly for troubleshooting the diagnosis.
Siemens SIMATIC has helped my organization in a positive way because it is operationally very smooth, I can troubleshoot easily for the systems, and we can use it anywhere. We are using the OPC systems, so it is a very user-friendly system where I can access troubleshooting, and I can do diagnosis very easily.
What needs improvement?
I do not want Siemens SIMATIC to improve anything besides the whole obsolescence issue, as apart from that everything is good.
For how long have I used the solution?
I have been using Siemens SIMATIC for more than five years.
What other advice do I have?
I do not think Siemens SIMATIC could be better, as there is nothing that feels frustrating or could use improvement.
I do not have anything else to add about how I'm using Siemens SIMATIC in that setup.
I do not have anything else about the features of Siemens SIMATIC that I think is worth mentioning.
I would rate this product an 8.
