Simple, convenient, and allows users to automatically send reminders
Pros and Cons
  • "It was easy to send it around to only the relevant parties."
  • "I'm not sure if this option was available; however, after having the form signed, I had to send it to a third party that would take the form and deals with it. There wasn't an option to have the forms, once signed, to a third party."

What is our primary use case?

I use the solution for very simple things. We use the product in the legal department to do application agreements. I send forms for clients to sign. I created a template and sent it to the client.

How has it helped my organization?

The document could be sent around to everyone to fill in and sign out. We could send contracts to the relevant person's email, and they would get it and sign it. Then, the finalized document would be sent to everyone, which made the process very easy.

What is most valuable?

I was able to get very proficient with the solution. It was easy to use.

It was very convenient that we could just upload a PDF and create some fields where people could fill in the information and save it as a template.

It was easy to send it around to only the relevant parties.

It was much simpler than sending around physical copies.

The solution was easy to fill out and move to the proper places. Using it was much more reliable and less prone to errors.

Since it wasn't handwritten, it was more legible.

You could automatically send reminders to people to help prompt action and remove the need for follow-up. You could also send reminders manually.

It's quite stable.

What needs improvement?

I do not recall having any issues with the product.

At the time, when I was building fields to be editable by the recipient, I recall having some issues. However, that was a while ago. I can't recall the exact issue. I simply recall it being slightly difficult.

I'm not sure if this option was available; however, after having the form signed, I had to send it to a third party that would take the form and deals with it. There wasn't an option to have the forms, once signed, to a third party. Just the parties that had signed would get a final copy.

Collaboration has needed richer AI retrospectives but has already transformed remote brainstorming
Pros and Cons
  • "Miro Business - Enterprise has increased team collaboration by 70 to 80% and saved our time and resources."
  • "However, the challenge occurs when a large number of users are simultaneously on the whiteboards, but otherwise, there is no problem with scalability."

What is our primary use case?

Miro Business - Enterprise is valuable to our organization primarily due to its capabilities for discussing and brainstorming ideas. The whiteboard feature provides us with an unlimited canvas where we can brainstorm ideas and see who is doing what at any point in time. Multiple dashboards give us good visibility of projects that are currently underway and provide excellent visibility over tasks and results.

We use these whiteboards for meetings, presentations, and project details because they are outstanding features. As we work remotely in our organization, most people are not available in the offices, and the whiteboards in Miro Business - Enterprise have been a lifesaver for us. This feature has helped us with project management and delivery aspects, simplifying ideas across the platform. It has increased team collaboration by 70 to 80% and saved our time and resources.

What is most valuable?

Miro Business - Enterprise provides multiple valuable features. My first favorite feature is the Infinite Canvas feature, which is exceptional. Second, the SSO (Single Sign-On) feature allows direct login via our internal tools. We use Auth0 in our organization, and it integrates seamlessly, saving us 40 to 50% of time on signing up into the organization after they log in. The software is highly communicable, and the AI features and template library are very advanced. The AI-powered tools for brainstorming and cluster ideating are game changers for our organization and give us an edge over other products in the industry.

These features have helped us become more collaborative in the organization. Collaboration has increased by 50 to 60%, as Miro Business - Enterprise has given us a space for brainstorming and ideas on a whiteboard. This represents our first ROI. We have also experienced good facilitation that fosters a collaborative environment, with decreased costs compared to other solutions. Since we obtained it from the AWS Marketplace, we received a favorable cost with a 38% discount, making cost not an issue. Miro Business - Enterprise has demonstrated good scalability, and we have observed that project delivery has been impacted positively due to better collaboration and visibility of boards, increasing project predictability by 68% and deliverability by 70 to 78%.

What needs improvement?

Miro Business - Enterprise is performing very well and does not require any specific changes. However, if I were to suggest something, I see that AI capabilities are increasing day by day, so they could add AI capabilities in retrospectives. This would make the retrospectives in our organization more communicable and interesting, as retrospectives tend to be boring.

For how long have I used the solution?

We have been using Miro Business - Enterprise in our organization for the last three and a half years, and it has been a very good solution for our needs.

What do I think about the stability of the solution?

Miro Business - Enterprise is 100% stable and does not create any glitches or downtime for the organization. We have been using it for the last three and a half years, and I have not observed a single instance of downtime.

What do I think about the scalability of the solution?

Scalability is very good and is not a concern. We can add as many users as we want at a time. However, the challenge occurs when a large number of users are simultaneously on the whiteboards, but otherwise, there is no problem with scalability.

How are customer service and support?

Customer support deserves a rating of 10 from me. We contacted them approximately six months ago about an issue, and they resolved the problem quickly within 30 to 40 minutes. The customer support from their side was excellent.

How would you rate customer service and support?

Positive

Which solution did I use previously and why did I switch?

We were not using another solution prior to Miro Business - Enterprise.

How was the initial setup?

The deployment of Miro Business - Enterprise is very straightforward and does not require any complex problem-solving. It is simple software for the organization, and deployment was completed within a couple of hours.

What about the implementation team?

Configuration was very easy and straightforward, and we did not face any challenges in that area. Our technical teams figured out how to configure it, and the Miro team was also there to help them complete the process. All configuration was completed within five hours, so the implementation was seamless.

What was our ROI?

All data I am sharing is formal data tracked by our business and data analytics teams. They provide us a quarterly report that shows how much we saved in terms of money, time, and resources by implementing Miro Business - Enterprise. This is internal data from our business team.

What's my experience with pricing, setup cost, and licensing?

Procurement was easy for our organization, and we did not face any challenges. The metering and billing experience was very transparent, as we obtained Miro Business - Enterprise from the AWS Marketplace, which was excellent. We received a good discount, and the metering and billing experience has been clear and manageable. We are paying on an annual basis with an annual contract through the AWS Marketplace, and metering and billing have presented no issues.

Which other solutions did I evaluate?

We evaluated several solutions including Mural, ClickUp, Lucidchart, and FigJam. However, after thorough consideration, we chose to proceed with Miro Business - Enterprise.

What other advice do I have?

Anyone looking for a dedicated solution for brainstorming, collaboration, and retrospectives should consider Miro Business - Enterprise. I would rate this product 4 out of 5.

Which deployment model are you using for this solution?

Public Cloud

If public cloud, private cloud, or hybrid cloud, which cloud provider do you use?

Amazon Web Services (AWS)
