The resolve module, prevent module, and analysis module as well are some of the valuable features of the solution.
What needs improvement?
The solution lacks AI in its analysis module. Improvement-wise, there needs to be more AI in the analysis module in order to be a little bit more predictive.

I have been using SysTrack for a year and a half. I don't remember which version I am using. Speaking about my company, we are integrators of the solution.

What do I think about the stability of the solution?
We never had any problem with stability. It is a stable product. I would rate its stability a nine out of ten.
What do I think about the scalability of the solution?
It is easy to scale the solution.
How are customer service and support?
Our technicians and engineers have close contact with the support of SysTrack, and we think that they have good customer support. I would rate the customer support a nine out of ten only because they speak English and our customers or clients are asking for support in Spanish. We are the link between our customers and SysTrack in case of a problem with the solution. There is a lack of support in Spanish. So, if we could have customer support in Spanish, it would be better. So, that's why I rate it a nine. But it's not a really bad problem for us. It is a very good solution.
How was the initial setup?
We are integrators, so it was easy to install. We have the solution on-premises, but we also know the perfect cloud model. It takes a day or a day and a half to deploy the solution. We need five engineers for the deployment and maintenance of the solution.
What's my experience with pricing, setup cost, and licensing?
The pricing depends on our customers. Some of our customers say that it is expensive. But I think that compared to other solutions in the market, SysTrack has the right branding. It is not cheap, but also the cost is not very high. It's at the current market rate. The license fee is charged monthly. There are no extra costs, and only the license fees need to be paid. It is worth the money. We are in love with this tool. I think that it is a really useful tool.
What other advice do I have?
I would tell those planning to use the solution not to lose control of the solution. So, they always need to stay concentrated on the console. I rate the overall solution a nine out of ten.
