Automation and AI improve response time and reduce phishing and ransomware risk while ensuring data compliance. Despite substantial savings compared to Cisco, it is expensive with inconsistent support. Dashboard details and filtering need improvement, including blocking URL-based threats. Enhanced phishing and spam protection are required, even with Microsoft GTI threat intelligence.
