I use VirtEngine regularly to configure an internal cloud orchestration solution. It works like a charm.
I have used it to deploy OpenStack on a dedicated machine and connect it to other deploying machines. It works perfectly with cloud vendors like Digital Ocean and Azure for VPS deployments.
