What needs improvement?
Better FPS on older hardware MacBook Pros as it seems that if you don't have a dedicated GPU, the program can't really handle 1080p.

I've been using it for two years.
What was my experience with deployment of the solution?
We had no issues deploying it.
What do I think about the stability of the solution?
When using v4.0, the software was very buggy, but upgrading solved all out issues.
What do I think about the scalability of the solution?
We have had no issues scaling it for our needs.
How are customer service and technical support?
I needed to add another email to stream with my Wirecast software. Wirecast support added the other email to my profile and had things setup within 24 hours via email. It was seamless
Which solution did I use previously and why did I switch?
I evaluated OBS, but this is antiquated by comparison. It isn't as robust/stable and easy to setup.
How was the initial setup?
The initial setup was complex and every time you do it, you'll get a little better at it. It's a complicated program for pros in the streaming business.
What about the implementation team?
We implemented it in-house.
What was our ROI?
For companies that have someone on staff that is good with cameras and editing/events planning, you would be saving $25,000 a day for contracting someone outside. Whereas someone on salary can operate and get this working in short order.
What other advice do I have?
Make sure to work with the existing skins and customize your own to put on HQ online streamed productions.
