We are a technology startup and we are developing a process discovery product. As part of this, we are integration several RPA products with our platform. We do not deploy RPA products or create bots for our own use.

WorkFusion is used for automating mundane activities.

For automating mundane activities, I can recommend WorkFusion.

The user experience could be better both from an RPA perspective and from a business perspective. When we compared it to the other RPA platforms, we could not give it as high a mark for user experience. Not everybody can just start using it.

We started the process of integrating WorkFusion with our platform several months ago.

This is a stable product, although it could always be more stable.

WorkFusion is scalable.

We did not encounter any problems and did not have to interact with technical support.

We have integrated our platform with UiPath, Automation Anywhere, and WorkFusion. In the future, we will also integrate with Blue Prism.

When you compare with the other RPA platforms in terms of usability, stability, and features, there is room for improvement with WorkFusion.

The installation and initial setup are okay. It is better than some RPA products but not as good as UiPath.

I would rate this solution a seven out of ten.

The most valuable feature is that it is easy to use.

One of the issues that we are facing here in China, is that we cannot access the material for training because it is on YouTube. In China, we do not have access to YouTube. Some websites are blocked by China. It is difficult to access, which is one of the biggest concerns.

In the next release, I would like to see more documentation and videos available and accessible in China and Regional.

I have been using WorkFusion for six months.

This solution is stable.

This solution is scalable and it's easy to expand.

I am currently the only user because we have to do the setup learning from the website.

I have not contacted technical support yet. I have not had any issues.

Previously, I was working with Blue Prism. Blue Prism is highly architectural. It is deployed through a complex architecture. The server control and development and vendor support are very expensive here in China.

The initial setup is straightforward.

Before using this solution I would recommend a POC first.

I would rate this solution an eight out of ten.

Our primary use case is for invoice processing. 

We can see that its competitive ability is quite good. 

UiPath and Blue Prism have certain features that I'd like WorkFusion to implement in which we can see a connection to the email. I'd like for WorkFusion to provide that type of input or provide that information to a restricted email and to extract the email and do the processing. This kind of feature would make it more efficient. 

I would also like for it to be NLP-based. 

The OCR capability should also be improved. 

In the next release, I would like to see NLP processing, OCR capabilities, and for them to make the email connections quicker. We don't like to write in a lot of scripts. You should be able to write a little script and then it will connect to it. Those kinds of features are easy to implement but should be there in the system.

It is more or less stable. 

It is scalable. There are no issues at all. Scalability is there. 

We have around ten users using this solution but our client goes up to 100 users.

I have a technical guy who has interacted with the technical support many times. Not because they have got stuck and got help but because there are customers that also need technical support with a process. When they need that support, we provide it to them. 

The initial setup is straightforward because we also have a license agreement with WorkFusion. We are a reseller of WorkFusion as well.

If it's a simple process, then the deployment can take around two weeks from start to end. If it is a medium process, it takes three to four weeks. And any complex process might take five to six weeks.

We do the deployment. 

We are also a reseller for UiPath. Automation Anywhere is the only tool that is an enterprise version. UiPath and Blue Prism are a license based tool. Then, WorkFusion came into the picture with a lot of promises but also with enterprise tools. So, WorkFusion will be a big competitor to Automation Anywhere.

We have technically analyzed both Automation Anywhere as well as WorkFusion.

I would definitely recommend WorkFusion because I think over the last six months it has matured and it is stable. 

I would rate it a seven out of ten. 

Our primary use case was very simple. It read information from a spreadsheet and captured that into a core processing system. The benefit was that this process was carried out hundreds of times every day, and took up to an hour each time, so the capacity saving was massive. 

The most valuable feature is having the technology to interface into systems where we didn't otherwise have an API or some other kind of service or access. The benefit is in creating solutions where we don't have a backend API to call.

Everything has room for improvement, and the product continues to evolve. One area of improvement would be the ability to run headless on their Express product. This would allow one to run the automation on their local machine, but still be able to work in other applications using mouse and keyboard while the automation runs headless in a minimized window in the background.

A single-server version of the product that will work for a mid-range mid-size company would also be good to see.

Finally, working in partnership with software companies like SAP to improve their interface interactions would be a good advantage.

I've been familiar with WorkFusion since 2015, so I have worked with it for almost five years.

The stability has been good. If there were problems, I'm not aware of them. We did have a team of guys looking after the servers and if they picked up any issues they would have dealt with them on-the-fly. I'm not aware of any issues at all.

We are quite happy with the scalability. To scale, it just requires more nodes to make for more bots. We have probably about 100 or 200 robots running. So there are over a hundred instances of automations running and they execute many thousands of times each. I'm sure we plan to increase usage even more and we are confident that we can.

The technical support was very good upfront and we have a good working relationship with the vendor.

The initial setup was pretty straightforward. That may have been because we had the guys who built the system from Minsk come and do it for us. The initial installation took six months and that included doing a proof of concept.

WorkFusion worked with us directly on the implementation.

Pricing models are available online. Some vendors provide a free entry level solution to get you started.

Yes, we carried out a high-level RFI (Request for Information) / RFP (Request for Proposal) process with a number of the big vendors. After deliberation and measurement against our expectations, we picked WorkFusion.

My advice for those thinking of implementing an RPA is that they start small and simple if they want to see if it works for their company. If it doesn't work as a small scale, investment in the long-term solution doesn't make sense.

On a scale from one to ten where one is the worst and ten is the best, I would rate WorkFusion as a seven out of ten. It is not higher because they have got some work to do now. Other companies have caught up. They were the first ones to offer a free desktop automation product and the others will now need to follow suit. To stay ahead it is time for them to come up with the next innovation.

We use it for project management for material designing and SLD. We use it for our bump operations. We are full process.

Areas for improvement are totally dependent on each company and how they are going to use it. It's completely dependent on their operations, so I cannot comment on what needs to be improved.

However, it could be much more process-oriented - that could be upgraded. And they could give me a little bit more flexibility to make the modifications I need. There are elements in the access control circuits that could be recyclable. There are features we are looking at where we'll be putting our FPS spreadsheets where we want them.

I have been using WorkFusion for two years.

In terms of stability, it's quite good. It's an internal IP product.

The scalability is quite good. It's ok. We have more than a hundred people using it - most tech architects.

We previously used HP Robotics for the deploy service. But we switched. The problems and processes are different but they both fit into our organization's needs.

The initial setup was straightforward. Implemention took 13 to 14 weeks and configuration also took the same time, 13 to 14 weeks. We used the help of a consultant to implement. It was good working with them.

We have a user based license, so there are different charges for each user.

Before implementing it would be good to go through the design points.

On a scale of 1 - 10 I would rate them a 6. That's not low - that 60%. But as I said, it needs to be upgraded and modified. On-prem solution software needs to be in a stack that is much more accessible around the architecture of your plant. It should be fast-acting and accessed over the internet. That's the most important part and most companies require it.

We primarily use the solution for compliance. The solution allows us to run all manner of checks.

The dashboard is the solution's most valuable feature. When clients want to look at the data it's very easy for them to do so. The dashboard for the IT manager is very useful if there are issues and to create and follow processes. 

For my customers, I don't see much to improve. 

The problem with the solution is that it is agnostic, so it's not made for banks. Sometimes we are challenged because of this. We have to make everything from scratch to make it work for our clients.

We've been using WorkFusion for three years now. We're partners with the company.

The solution is very stable.

The solution is very easy to scale. You can use WorkFusion tools and IPI tools to make the automation work. Some of our clients have 15 to 20 users on the solution. 

We've never been in touch with technical support for issues. Sometimes we do touch base with them at the beginning of the project if something isn't going well and we need to talk to the support team.

We were using some ERP tools before, for our clients. However, when it comes to unrestricted data, anatomy data, it is better to use a WorkFusion machine. It's better for more clients.

The initial setup is not very complex. It's easy if you don't want too much of a data science tool. You do need to hire some data scientists if you want to be sure about regulations. If you have some regulators coming into the office to check, you'll want to be able to answer questions from them.

Some of our clients have the capacity and skills to handle implementation, but it's a good idea to hire a consultant. It makes it easier.

The licensing and pricing isn't ideal for clients. Sometimes they don't want to invest the money. The solution should consider improving the licensing model.

We use the on-premises deployment model. The client prefers not to use the cloud.

We deploy the solution for big enterprises, but only small groups of users are actually interacting with the solution directly.

I'd recommend the solution. I'd rate it eight out of ten.

We use this solution for automating processes, including reading data from documents.

This solution has great document recognition capabilities. It uses OCR and Machine Learning and works with digitized documents. It collects the fields inside the documents, based on the models that we trained with. 

A better graphical user interface that allows business users to perform automation would make this solution number one in the market. 

I would like to see improvements made with regard to tagging documents in the machine learning stage. They have an overlay document, which is great, but it would be helpful to be able to re-tag a document in a superior way. 

I have been using this solution for one year.

The technical support for this solution is really fast and the people are really helpful. They provide the necessary information in a timely fashion and can connect remotely to solve issues. Overall, the support is great.

Speaking about implementing the entire business process, for a medium-sized implementation that includes document recognition and the RPA platform, it took three people about a month and a half. That started with collecting the requirements and ended with the final demo and acceptance.

I have evaluated other solutions on the market and have found that the document recognition experience with this solution is better. Some use OCR and others use machine learning, but there is no solution on the market with the capability where you can apply machine learning for a different type of document, and you can extract fields of your interest from it. This is a core feature of this solution.

Automation Anywhere and UiPath have better user interfaces, where it is quite obvious for anyone who is new to the programming world. It allows you to make business processes, some getting quite complex. WorkFusion has this as well, but it is quite limited. At the same time, complex business processes in production will always need some coding.

I would rate this solution an eight out of ten.

We use the on-premises deployment model. Our primary use case of this solution is for financial processes, like invoices.

The most valuable features are the recorder because it's user-friendly and the integration with other tools Excel.

It should integrate with more ERP solutions like SAP. It doesn't currently have that ability. 

In the next release, I would like the ability to create dynamic selectors on web pages and web controls. 

Stability can be improved, especially when it comes to memory. Compared to UiPath that has more RAM and other solutions are less demanding on memory. This should be improved. 

Scalability is great. It's very easy to scale. I have a good impression of the scalability. 

Only I use this solution in my company, I am the only user. 

I had the opportunity to speak to a few members of the support team. They're great. I had a good experience with technical support. 

The initial setup was very straightforward.
