WP Engine WordPress Digital Experience Platform has probably been one of the best hosts that we have used, and although it is slightly more expensive, the cost outweighs itself because the support and overall use of setting things up within the platform is much easier than others.

The best feature for me was the easy push from Local, as I often use Local for local WordPress development and the ability to push it to the live site on WP Engine with one click is useful, especially when I do not have another pipeline in place.

One improvement I wish WP Engine WordPress Digital Experience Platform could make is the ability to manage individual sites' users within each site since I would like to bulk manage the users specific to each site rather than just users of WP Engine WordPress Digital Experience Platform.

Sometimes the support time or to get hold of someone is a very long time. Sometimes you can wait up to 30 or 40 minutes for someone, and you sometimes have to re-explain yourself quite a lot.

WP Engine WordPress Digital Experience Platform can be improved by considering that for my clients in Poland, when they add many features, the basic pricing is competitive; however, when adding some add-ons, everything becomes paid, such as automatic updates at plus $8 and NitroPack at plus $20, which makes it somewhat pricey for Polish standards.
